Friendly staff and great views

The BEST service and reception in a small hotel 💚

Quiet, comfortable room, and the lodge is convenient to town for pubs and dinner. Special mention to the two young staff members who greeted us and checked us in, and then engaged in a thoughtful 20-minute conversation about literature and education and life. Delightful experience.

Cute place to stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful as far as local recommendations. My only complaint is that the walls are super thin, if you are a light sleeper i would stay somewhere else. The room next to us was incredibly loud, had children playing loudly, banging on the walls, and slamming doors up until about midnight. Very frustrating after a long travel day when you want to sleep and are unable to. Otherwise it was a nice little place, clean and conveniently located.

All the staff from the reception to cleaning staff were helpful and friendly. Good area close to town and off the busy road. Views of the water. They offer breakfast and would Recommend something in town for cheaper or the same price.

Great staff on check in and throughout our stay

The hotel was in a good location and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we must have been directly above the kitchen because starting around 4:45 or 6 am we could hear the employees talking and making noise banging pans etc. It was impossible to sleep through. I would recommend the hotel but be sure to ask that you are not in the room Near the hotel kitchen.

Great location in the edge of town. Easy 5 min walk to downtown bars and restaurants. Pleasant greeting and information for our stay upon arrival. We had a great time and will stay again if back in town.
