The hotel sign outside was only partially visible, difficult to find in a taxi when you arrive. The room is spacious and the hotel is in a good location. The furniture is not new but that ' s not the biggest issue. The issues are:- No room amenities apart from two glasses, two bottles of water, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash at kitchen sink, 1 toilet roll, two big towels. It was advertised with much more than this!- No lamps in the bedroom, no cutlery, no separate small towels/bath robes/hairdryer etc. Which were mentioned in the ‘ fine for missing list’ or basic in-room facility list in app itself.- The bathroom stinks quite badly, and with a sink in it, you almost don't want to brush your teeth in.- The bathtub works fine until you finished, the water doesn't drain at all.- The blanket needs replacing, it ' s getting rough on the skin like it ' s been used for a long time. The staff was friendly at check in and has good mannerism; However, not willing to acknowledge or take responsibility for the quality of the stay which doesn't live up to the price even after discount. We booked two nights here. They offered to move us to another room with the same range on the second night and offered a drink of coffee or cocktail, explaining the maid is new.
