I loved everything about this hotel.

Kitchen and table.

Right there on main highway. Was nice not to have to cross town to find it. Our dog Griffin felt comfortable with the staff and in the room. We’ve stayed here before and will take advantage of it again in the future.

We enjoyed staying there, only problem was the holes in the road to get to it.

Stayed here many times. Right on Hwy but quiet

The only downfall is they don’t clean the rooms…I was there for 4 nights. A bit disappointing

Loved having a kitchen in the room. The staff were so friendly and warm. Everything was clean. I really enjoyed my stay.

Staff is AMAZING! Interior (rooms) could use some updating.

Close to. Restaurants and shopping.The room was small ,the bathroom fan did not work when l told the front desk employee they said they would report that to maintenance.No one came to look at it.At times a light in the bathroom and one over the work desk would flicker rapidly like a strobe,very annoying! The included breakfast was good. The pool was nice and clean and heated .

The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very kind and helpful! I always enjoy my stay. Breakfast is good too.

It was close to downtown, the breakfast is decent and its nice that we had an apartment suite so we weren't eating out all the time

I was upset that the TV was not working for the first 7 days we were there. We wanted to watch some of the Scotties curling on TV as seniors we can't always attend 3 games a day and usually pick which 2 to go to and which one we will watch on TV. It was frustrating to rest in your room and nothing to watch. Being senior, senior we are not up on all the newest technology for streaming, still count on TVs. I thought we would have received a discount but even when I asked for a print out of my bill I only got one page and didn't get the full bill. We liked the room and the transportation service we got to the Scotties, also nice to have the grocery store nearby. Gail Rowlandson

A convenient hotel for a family vacation: pool, hot breakfast, adjacent to grocery store, good location, and kitchen in the room.

Overall great experience, good breakfast and clean

Being stuck in Thunder Bay I really enjoyed this property.

I like how everything was in walking distance, mall, A&W, superstore, Tim’s and etc right in the middle of town!

Parking was good food and cleaning was great.

Was central to all amenities The room we were in wasn’t very clean
