Great location, designer hotel but housekeeping staff letting down, knocking to the doors and waking up at 7.45am. Despite no disturb label. 6th floor. No tea spoon, no tea in the room. All staff is excellent especially Ukrainian and Czech Republic reception.

Hotel is in a good location and the staff were super helpful. The room was modern and bed was comfy. The bathroom was on the small side but was fine. Housekeeping did a great job and the roof top pool was fab!

Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance, bolt taxis were nice and quick to pick you up, it was just unfortunate that there were a lot of road works going on at the time we were there in San Julian.

I just want to say thank you so much for the wonderful time at your hotel. It is so welcoming, clean and the breakfast was out of this world. The location was also great. Thanks to the gentleman at the reception on Sunday morning that gave us directions on places to visit and was so patient with all my questions. He also handed us pretty flowers for the international women's day. You really made our day. He is also an assest to your organisation. To all hotel staff, I appreciate you for maintaining the hotel to such a high standard. we love you all.

The room was lovely, staff very helpful and friendly and the hotel was very modern and well equipped. Unfortunately there was building work going on in the hotel and we were woken up on 2 mornings by hammering and drilling, before 7am which is too early and inconsiderate toward guests in my opinion. This was a shame as it put a negative aspect to an otherwise excellent experience.

Muy bueno el hotel

Room was comfortable and clean, staff friendly, breakfast buffet was as expected for a continental breakfast shame they didn’t offer an omelette facility. We were offered 10% discount on food and drink if we opted for room clean every other day but there was no restaurant for anything other than breakfast to take up this offer.

Very good - it will be a 5 when the they finish building the adjoining hotel - worth asking when you book if you are on the building or non building side as the workmen start at 7.00am It wasn’t too intrusive to be fair They aside excellent hotel

Wonderful hotel

Triple room was great- nice and spacious for 3 travellers. Hotel was clean and easy to get to - great amenities close by.

The hotel staff were friendly, professional and gave us ideas on different sights to see and explore the island. Checking in there was an issue with bed which I requested 2 beds and again wasn’t communicated by Expedia as per front desk but was immediately resolved.(VIP access disappointing-Expedia customer service). The hotel is a walking distance to dining/entertainment/shopping and few sights. Breakfast could have been better with few options and a bit salty. The room size is okay and was kept clean.
