The app is very bad, I booked a room at night on the 12th but the booking was for check-in on the 12th, while I needed to rent a room on the 13th.

mọi thứ đều tốt ngoại trừ 1 số món ăn sáng nhanh hết quá và cái tivi đã quá cũ, còn lại hài lòng, nhất là thái độ phục vụ

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhẹ nhàng. Phòng sạch sẽ, cảm giác ấm cúng, an toàn cho trẻ nhỏ. Có ăn sáng buffet nên linh hoạt chọn món theo sở thích của mình.

Thật sự không có gì chê, giá tốt có kèm buffet sáng (dù ít món), phục vụ tốt. Nếu ra Hà Nội mình sẽ ở lại đây Chỉ có cái wifi là rớt lên rớt xuống

Vách mỏng, các phòng bên cạnh đóng mở cửa, nói chuyện, di chuyển đồ đạc cả đêm khuya đều nghe rõ mồn một. Giường có vẻ là kiểu giường lò xo hay sao nhưng nằm đau lưng với khó chịu, không ngủ tốt được. Còn lại phòng ốc, không gian ổn, đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn một khách sạn cơ bản nên có, hỗ trợ sắp xếp phòng đúng như request. Nhân viên thái độ tốt, hỗ trợ khách đầy đủ. Vị trí tiện lợi, dễ di chuyển.

The quality of the room is good but the security guard is too indifferent, the stairs are high, my mother's legs are weak, the 2 suitcases are quite big and heavy but when I arrived at the hotel I saw the staff just sitting there staring, at least I should have Nodding to say hello, no greeting or help, 4-star hotel should retrain the staff
