A beautiful house with lovely hosts who were keen to make sure that our stay was perfect.
The room (one of three) was large, clean and on a landing that had a sitting room on it with books on the local area.
Breakfast was very good with a great selection that was chosen from the night before and certainly enough to keep us going whilst sightseeing. Tea and coffee in the room, along with water, helped us recharge between sightseeing and dinner and there is a pub with a huge Sunday roast next door.
It took about 15 minutes to walk to the market square but there is a regular bus service, although you would then miss the independent shops and cafes on the way.
Would we stay again? Absolutely
