The property will be better with a full renovation

There was a lot of noise during the day and in the night. There was a motor going on next to the apartment 24/7. Impossible to have a good night sleep here. The staff was not nice at all. Overall, I would not recommend it at all. There are far more options in Sao Paulo. Please don't go here.

I could not get into a room. After six attempts, i left the hotel.

Ótimo lugar. Seria bom ter uma chaleira para fazer água quente e tomar chá ou pelo menos ter acesso a uma na área comum embaixo.

Very friendly staff, centrally located, delicious breakfast. Many things to do nearby.

The hotel is in a rough area so if you don't know Sao Paulo it's better to stay in a better part of town. The staff was GREAT... friendly and helpful. Wifi blows but that's Brazil, I think. Overall it was a good stay.

Internet 50% not working, and the garage was listed as one of the amenities and they charged us, and the bed, we requested double one but, two twin beds were pushed together.

The carpet was filthy dirty. We only had wifi 2 out of the 5 days. No mattress pad under the sheet. Breakfast was average. I would not stay there again!!!

A pleasurable stay at San Michel hotel was had,could inprove breakfast replenishment,eggs ran out at (am while breakfast is until 10am,staff attentive,internet is impossible,but for the price a nice stay was had.

Boa experiência geral. É um prédio com estrutura antiga, mas bem organizado e confortável para uma estadia.

Horrível Sem secador de cabelo , os travesseiro duro , recepção regular. E o café da manhã péssimo, somente café e pão. Não recomendo

Hotel antigo como esperado precisando de uma reforma urgente. Nem café da tendo vc deve se deslocar no hotel da frente pra tomar um café bem básico. Cuidando com os ladrão disfarçados de entregadores ali. Tentaram furtar meu celular na porta, estava pro lado dentro, dentro do saguão do hotel, por sorte não conseguiram.. Duvido que o pessoal do hotel já não sabe destas coisas... Pq não tomam providências pra melhorar a segurança?

Jorge da recepção a noite atendimento excepcional, o local é antigo mas bem conservado. Fica de sugestão fazer um acabamento na fresta da porta da sacada que passa muito vento, agora no frio incomoda. Fácil de resolver. Toda equipe que conhecemos em ambos locais são de extrema excelência no atendimento. Parabéns
