Very disappointed with the Hilton Santa Fe. I try to do my check in at 3:00pm and the staff said they did not have rooms available yet because they had "high occupancy". I was waiting for 45 minutes to get a room. The shower in the bathroom had an extremely unpleaseant smell like a pipe. On sunday afternoon the hotel rents the pool to the general public so ppl can drink, smoke and listen to music; therefore are many young people (not hotel guests) drinking alcohol and smoking at the main door waiting for their cars. I understand this is a new policy since 1 month ago as per concierge. It is extremely unpleasent to arrive at the hotel and find people drinking and smoking at the front door. I am definitley NOT going back to Hilton. There are better options (with similar rates) in the neighborhood like JW Marrito or Westin.

Room was in good condition, however the tv could not connect to Internet, wifi, Netflix, nothing. But the main thing was the fact that the hotel's main amenities (the pool) was unsanitary to enter since there was a very sexual type of party upstairs and the front desk did not notify this at all.

Great price point for such an updated and modern hotel. Rooftop pool was beautiful and room service was quick.

The room was not as pleasant as I expected. The TV did not have internet according to the front desk, the whole hotel did not have one tv. And the fridge, it was not a fridge. It had a card stating that. The cleaning staff, Sophia was excellent. Thanks, Gina

The room was very comfortable. The service of the staff was great. The room was clean and in good conditions

One room we rented out the fridge never worked, the clothing iron didn’t work and then they gave us another and then that one didn’t work. They cleaned our room and didn’t have a problem until the 3rd day when I couldn’t find my eye glasses. We asked multiple times and checked the whole room and was gone. I never took them out the room and they never apologized or did anything to make the situation better. It’s sad because the hotel itself is beautiful and such a great area but can’t trust the staff if my stuff just disappeared after they cleaned. WE even left tip each time they cleaned but sometimes trash was left and sink wasn’t cleaned.

Everything was perfect! The staff was great, very helpful, inviting... the hotel was clean and had everything you needed at your fingers. Showers were very spacious and gorgeous. GREAT STAY!

The staff were amazing to deal with, and even sent us complimentary champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries as we were celebrating our Honeymoon. The executive lounge staff were always so accommodating, and the room was very spacious and super clean. We have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel, and their staff.

Room temperature was 78 degrees. Toilet did not flush properly. There was a cockroach in the bed.
