Les murs de la chambre très mal insonorisé...pas dormi de la nuit! En plus, le personnel a frappé à ma porte très tôt le matin et a ouvert la porte...horrible nuit!

Sweetest lady at the front desk, we had a bit of a language barrier but she worked it through and kept trying love how it’s pink and it was so set up inside the room with everything you could have possibly needed

We specifically asked for room 105. I asked for it in "special instructions" when I made the reservation. While checking in they said that they could not do it because Expedia assigns all the rooms. We did get a lowwer level floor, which is ok, but sad that we could not get room 105. We offered to pay more, but again they said they could not do it

We will NEVER Stay here again. Bad reception, bad attitude. Upon arrival we saw a sign that said complimentary plug in for electric vehicles. In reality it is not. You have to get an app and then pay. It's accessible but not complimentary. When I asked about a room with a view of the St. Lawrence river, I was upruptly told that since I booked with Expedia she could not change my reservation. Expedia was her client not me. Since I booked with a 3rd party she was not doing any changes nor offered a way of doing this. Her attitude clearly demonstrated that she was not happy with us booking with Expedia and made me feel like we did wrong by using Expedia. Yet I was the one giving her my credit card. The room says superior. The room is a standard room in all other hotels. The shower for 2...it is the right size for 2 but the shower is for people requiring assistance, which is not mentioned, and the shower curtain was so short you could flood the floor if you were not careful. We were on the first floor. We could hear the guests walking above us. Even when they used water accessories. The coffee k-cups in the room. If you want more than 1 coffee each you have to buy a second k-cup. You almost pay $200 per night and you are allowed 1 coffee, 1 k-cup each person per day. In closing, the rooms are clean as well as the grounds. There was no carpet in our room which is a plus.

For the price, this was a real steal. The dining options were really amazing around the property and the staff was welcoming and accommodating of all of our additional requests.

This is 'the' best hotel for our needs. Fastest internet speed during my entire canada trip. Clean rooms. Walking distance to riverfront for sunrise and sunset. Very affordable price. Refrigerator and microwave is another big plus. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the area.

I left my expensive black sweatpants hanging behind the bathroom door and totally forgot to grab them when I checked out. I called the motel later, but they said they didn’t find anything in the room. Just a heads-up to anyone staying there — make sure you double-check your room before leaving, especially for anything valuable. Once it’s gone, it’s GONE.

Well maintained property and our room was spacious and well equipped. Come bed and great shower. Fridge had a good freezer so we could re-freeze our cooler ice packs. Would recommend.
