The facility including all sanitation & service were great, but the location of hotel was not impressed.

I booked a kitchenette room and it had a microwave and cooking hot plate which was very convenient for me to prepare my packed food.

주위가 조용해서 좋았습니다. 시내에서는 20분정도 떨어져있지만 시끄럽지않고 특히 코로나 때문에 걱정했었는데 사람들이 없어서 좋았습니다.

I had a great stay... the only issue was the a/c not being on until the summer but instead the heat. I had to leave my window open. But other than that I loved my bed and heated toilet! It was also great that the front desk spoke English as well and they were very helpful!

1st time in the area for a business trip. Room views were of the factories nearby. Pic is of 9th floor views from elevator area. Satisfied stay. Breakfast could be improved, from what my boss stated, I didn't eat. Only drank coffee. Coffee was good though!

Room was a comfortable and clean but check in was slow also far from the city.

Pristine condition, great service and huge breakfast spread. Staff speaks perfect English as well

Hotel was nice and clean and the restaurant at lobby was good. But there was nothing around the hotel except small convenience store.

Your hotel was much better than what it appeared on internet. Coin laundry is a practical one for average guests.

We booked this hotel as two couples for a long weekend in the area. We were most excited because we had read about the lovely spa at the hotel. Upon check-in, we asked about the spa and were told that it was for men only. Well, needless to say, the two women of our foursome were very disappointed. It seems that in this day and age, if a hotel has a spa, it would have hours for both women and men. We will not return.

Relatively new and well maintained. But the vicinity is remote fr any major area.
