Easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Free WiFi. Fans had been provided for the hot weather. The beds were very soft and not the most comfortable. Would benefit from a revamp and detailed clean.

The breakfast was worth having and served 6-10 which was ideal. The accommodation was quite noisy being next to a main road with traffic most of the day and early morning. For anyone visiting with children I would take an extension lead as not enough sockets for the gadgets they might have.

Extremely helpful ladies in reception especially Kash who helped organise taxis. Something the males in reception can learn from who appeared to lack personality.

The place was ideally located.It was pet friendly and dogwalking areas within a 15min car drive, but only a car pk at the place.The room is similar to a "travelodge" and very clean.Staff are friendly and helpful.The Indian takeaway next door is both excellent value and delicious. Breakfast is continental buffet but can be eaten at the small eating area or taken to the room.I would definitely use this place again.

Cheapest place to stay, very basic breakfast but for £40 vfm.

Booked this for my daughter and myself, Room bailey smelled of cigarette smoke, so much I had to go out and get air freshener, cobwebs dangling from the ceiling, 2nd cup for tea had dirty spoons and paper in it, Bathroom, shower curtain was filthy along with the tiles that look like they had never been cleaned, Watch out for the dressing table as it has a curved edge , Therfore if you hadn't noticed hot drinks slide off, my foot is very aware. Breakfast, well cereal and beverages served at a few tables in the reception area , very strange , skipped as I did not want to stay any longer. When I told the evening staff about the cigarette smell, was told we will inform manager, when I informed morning staff was told, oh sorry , that was it. Will not return

We travelled with our dog. We made the team aware beforehand that we were with the dog. The ease of finding the location, parking on site and dealing with the reception staff was excellent. The room was comfortable with everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. The breakfast was basic, but that was fine. As we were in a rush to be somewhere on Sunday, I did not get chance to let the reception staff of a couple of things in our room (20), that needed their attention. The door handle on the room door was very loose, and needed tightening up, the toilet seat was also loose. There is a crack in the hand basin in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There are no amenities. The hotel didn’t have a hairdryer in the room. The larger room I booked was disabled. The breakfast offering was so limited. It felt like a strange hotel.

Nice countryside hotel with cows as neighbours. I had a window view room all i saw was green and cows. Nuce comfortable beds. I will stay again. Plenty parking

The property was ‘cheap and cheerful’. Having said this you get what you pay for so if you are looking at having the finer luxuries then this probably isn’t for you. Check in and out was simple and the reception was attended 24 hours. I have to say that the hotel was very clean and given the price point didn’t disappoint. The included breakfast certainly isn’t a full English but cereals, toast and drinks. Would I stay here again? Yes.

The room we had was very spacious and can't fault the cleanliness of it. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There was free parking on site which was good. The continental breakfast they served was okay but would've hoped for more than just cereal and toast, plus no option for apple juice only orange. I didn't realise before booking that there was no air conditioning in the room but even during the bank holiday heatwave it was actually fine in our room. Annoyingly, on our first night there we heard lots of noise coming from upstairs. A group of people arrived around 11pm at night and were being loud with what sounded like tons of children running around stomping their feet with parents not even thinking about other guests. Eventually I had to contact the front desk who apologised. Other nights it was better but you can still hear guests upstairs moving about sometimes.

Very nice staff! Clean and tidy very good location and comfy beds! Overall a very nice stay.
