I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The location is great too—it’s close to many popular attractions, restaurants, and cafes, which made exploring the city super easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the old quarter!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is also perfect—close to many famous attractions and easy to get around. Highly recommended!

the surrounding area is surrounded by restaurants..it's not hard to find food..not even 100m away there is a halal michelin pho 10..there are also those who sell fresh bread from the oven..authentic vietnamese restaurant MET..my pho is on the left

The location is the best thing of this hotel. They provide laundry at 40K/kg. The lady staff is not very informative, but the gentleman staff is. We booked 2 days with different bookings. The lady staff told us to change rooms from the 2nd floor to the 5th floor because we used different bookings. We asked to stay in the same room, but she refused. When we talked with other staff (it was a man), he made sure we stayed at the same room.

The hotel is in a good location but the rooms are quite old and not decorated so some places are quite sloppy. Luckily the toilets are newly renovated so they are clean. The hotel management seems to be not careful with some small details, for example leaving things lying around in the elevator. Friendly staff.

The hotel is located right in the center of the old town, with many restaurants and convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious and relatively clean. However, I would like to comment on the strong smell of fabric softener on the bed sheets and a few days later, the bathroom in the room smelled of sewers. I called the reception but they couldn't fix it.

A moderate place in terms of price and facilities to stay, friendly staff, warm welcome, clean space, simple rooms, located in the center of the old town very convenient, near the Cathedral and convenient to move anywhere. Will come back here next time.
