Always greatful to staying in Hanoi glance hotel.

Staff is polite and very helpful about transportation rooms and incommon areas are clean and good breakfast.

Small hotel, because of the shop. We booked an ordinary room for 4 rooms and 2 rooms on Upgread, because the bed sheets were smelly, asked to be exchanged again in check and promised to be exchanged the next day. Check-in time is also arranged in a nice decor with flower-studded rooms like a honeymoon room. In addition to services that I think are super friendly, one of us also has a birthday and was given a surprise cake tart by the receptionist. Really extraordinary service. The location is quite strategic, on the other side of the hotel there is a non-halal buffet food that tastes good and is very cheap.

Early check-in. Room exactly like the picture. Good sound insulation. Located in the center around which countless shops. There was a Kcircle open all day. Dedicated staff. Very pleased. Too great for the price paid

I booked 2 days 24/08 and August 26, 2018 Junior suite with city view at Hanoi Glance hotel. On August 24, I got a nice, clean room. The next morning I checked out to visit Ha Long. On the afternoon of August 26, I returned to the hotel to check in but waited for about 20 minutes and the receptionist room was repairing and there was no room available so my booking was transferred to another hotel about 200m away. The receptionist at the hotel said that he moved himself to a better room hotel than Glance hotel. But when I checked in to the new party, I was completely unhappy with the hotel: The room was very small, old, old blanket. Because I just traveled the distance of 170km from Ha Long so I was very tired and just wanted to rest so I didn't want to complain about Glance hotel arranging my room like that. I'm sure Glance's side found me checking in late, so I left room for another booking. Hopefully this situation will not continue to happen.

Great hotel! Worth more than 3 stars

We have a pleasant stay in Hanoi Glance Hotel. The staff there is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. It is located at strategic location, with the map on hand, we are able to go around by walking. Their breakfast buffet have a lot of variety and taste good. In overall, Hanoi Glance Hotel is high recommended for stay.
