Staffs are rude

I was 15 days there , They didn’t clean the room daily ,and the end the stay they were asking towels are missing and house keeping staff were telling check your bag, that’s not my first stay in that hotel, I stayed before, nobody asked like this ,I don’t even touch their amenities also, they are not standard one , I was Expedia customer for more than 4 years , this is not my first stay for hotels ,

The room was very comfortable. Underground heated parking was great in a snowstorm. Breakfast was OK. Hot breakfast means you need to microwave the bag breakfast. Great price.

The location was easy to find, not so easy for parking until you got checked in but the room was amazing and a nice place to unwind

Bag breakfast is a bust. Room a/c not working - room was 27c

No one speaks English. Extremely difficult to check in. Breakfast bags are ridiculous. There are two other places near by that are way better options for the same price.

Too much money spent on the outside, not enough in the rooms.

Booked one of my employees specifically for the kitchenette so he could prepare meals and use the fridge. However kitchen was ill equipped and the fridge was out of order.

Had to check out early due to a change in my job. Wouldn’t authorize a refund through Expedia.. not going back….ever
