First room I got with broken air conditioner. I was moved to another room without hot water and not to mention that I was the only guest in the hotel

Great Location, easy to walk to shopping, restaurants, across the street to a nice park, mitos y leyendas. Beautiful view on the roof top. I will stay here again.

Quand je suis arrivée je n’ai pas pu avoir ma chambre avant 4 heures PM. Dans la chambre le coffre fort ne s’ouvrait pas, les prises ne fonctionnaient pas (excepté celle à coté du frigidaire) et l’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas. L’internet ne fonctionne pas sur le balcon à l’extérieur. Deux jours après ils sont venus installer une powerbar pour se connecter dans la prise qui fonctionne. POur le déjeuner le restaurant est supposé ouvrir à 7 heures et j’ai commandé un café et un déjeuner mais 15 minutes après j’avais rien et je suis la seule dans le restaurant. J’ai demandé à la receptioniste de l’hotel si je pouvais avoir mon café alors elle a été le cherché et elle m’a dit qu’ils sont en train de faire mon déjeuner (seulement un omelette et des fruits)…. Dans le restaurant il y a un endroit pour le café mais ils sont venu porter la cafetière a 7:30 mais le restaurant ouvre a 7 heures… et sans lait. J’ai une excursion et je pars à 7:45 alors je ne sais pas si je vais pouvoir manger avant ou non. J’ai demandé d’être réveiller à 3 heures du matin et personne ne m’a appelé. Le gars à la réception m’a dit : il est 3:07. J’ai dit oui mais tu ne m’as pas appelé. Il a dit: Désolé. Alors il ne faut pas se fier à eux. Quand je suis partie avec le taxi il m’a demandé si je voulais un taxi… mais j’étais là depuis 15-20 minutes alors pourquoi il m’a pas demandé avant que je parte? Le gars du taxi n’était pas pour attendre pour lui d’aller faire un café. A vous de juger

Room was older than the online pictures appear, but was spacious and quiant. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The food at the restaurant onsite was authentic and delicious.
