I was initially surprised because everything was self-service. So far, it's comfortable for a guesthouse, as it's close to the station and everywhere.

The condition of his room as photographed. It's not how big, enough to keep two suitcases medium size but the room is inside. There is a special room to store shoes and provided sandals too. The room heater came from the floor and it happened that the room I occupied (104) was the only room with no remote heating control. Avoid this room and choose another room unless you're okay a little bit cold when the weather outside changes. The bedroom and bathroom are clean. Hot water smoothly, also available shampoo, bath soap and hand-washing soap with rolled wipes. 27 inch flat-screen television provides 100 channels. Indeed most channels are Korean, but yes its name is also in Korea yes surely. Andy, manager of Korstay and Suho, part timer is very helpful and friendly. They speak good English, so no worries. The location of Korstay is very close to Sookmyung University subway station, only 1 station from Seoul station and one line with Myeongdong and Dongdaemun. It's easy to reach. The location is also safe even though you come home at 11an night.

The guesthouse was small but warm and cozy. A staff was very helpful and very nice to talk to. I made several friends there as well. Really made me feel at home. It's a bit tricky to find the guesthouse, though, as it is located behind a tall building.
