No complains! Great and friendly staff, amazing lobby with a lot of space to chill or work and quite central. The breakfast was very diverse (just very crowded on the weekend). I also had an amazing view from my room.

Travelling for two weeks around Scandinavia and this was the most luxurious, friendly and value for money stay. The views across the harbour stunning and the breakfast was epic!

This hotel was comfortable - great bed and pillows It’s convenient and walkable and the staff were great! The only thing I didn’t like was the automatic bathroom light. Not so nice to have such a bright light in your face at 2am! Shocks you right awake!

In this price range, we have to say this is one of the best hotels so far. The views are fabulous. There are water views even if you have a city view! The bed is comfortable and good size, the location is convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel with amazing views of the harbour

Excellent 3 night stay before our cruise to Svalbard. Wonderful view of the harbor, nice room, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

This hotel is the BEST! Good location for walking to the marina, restaurants, etc in the downtown area. The floor to ceiling windows offer a spectacular view of the harbor, (get a harbor view room) allowing you to watch all the activity. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a very good variety and is well stocked. We stayed here 8 years ago and it was very consistent and would definitely recommend. 17th floor lounge is great for viewing the midnight sun and surrounding city.

Room was not regularly cleaned despite leaving out the notice to make up room. Towels not changed when requested to make up the room. Reception was informed however no change despite the high cost per night. Extremely disappointing. Limited selection at breakfast.

Everything esp the very helpful front desk staffs

They have a Roof top restaurant and bar from where we could view the Northern Lights. When we reached the restaurant was full; so we couldn't dine there but they have provided an enclosed area and an open area for those who want to view lights.

Love the view. Fine breakfast buffet with too many choices to name...something for everyone! Only drawback was the inability/unwillingness of the bartender to make a simple martini -- perhaps I misunderstood, but she seemed to say it was against Norwegian liquor law. Mystifying. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.
