Overall was a great stay however some things to consider are: Room was small and had small beds and one of the beds was a cot that wobbled. We did have an amazing sea view from our room terrace so that was fantastic. The nightly live entertainment was a hit for our family and included quizzes and bingo along with live performers. The included buffet breakfast was large with quite a selection but we found the food a bit oily. Location was great but something to note is that you cannot drive up to the front of the property so if you have a lot of luggage keep that in mind as you will have to trek them down a small pedestrian road and then to the foyer of the property. The resort does offer paid parking a couple blocks away for a nightly fee if you rent a car. We also found street parking a few blocks away so that worked for us most of the time.

What a gorgeous place! Beautiful views, safe, clean and the hotel itself lived up to all that it advertised. I would definitely recommend this property!

Ideally located on the beach with great facilities. Food was great. Pool was chilly (October) but sea warm. Only slight negative was due to door for adjoining room you could hear neighbours

Booked a my favourite club room, which was on the top floor amd had amazing sea view. Room very clean, but not huge. Food in the buffet restaurant was okay, not massive choice, have had better in other all inclusive hotels, , but staff were good at keeping areas clean, amd didn't have to queue yoo long for anything. Adult only bar tropic on first floor terrace was a lovely vibe, day or night

We liked everything. The food was good, the main menu is different each day, but there are also regular positions such as pizza, ice cream, fruits. After reading several reviews we were very worried about the food, since some people mentioned it is not exceptional. I would say, that for this price the food is perfect, if you buy all inclusive option you will definitely find something perfect for you. Alcoholic drinks were also good, with quite a big choice, we enjoyed sangria, wines and cocktails from each of the three bars. The hotel is very good, the pool area and lounge zones are wonderful, always clean and very comfortable, you will always find a place to chill. The sea is very close to the hotel so you can choose where to swim in the pool or in the sea, but please note that the beach is public. Thank you very much to Alua Gran Camp De Mar for the perfect holiday.

Overall a good experience however, this is a basic hotel, which is closer to 3 stars rather than 4. The all inclusive food- not a lot of variety, not many spanish dishes and the taste was ok but not wow. The labels for the food were often misplaced- wrong label for the wrong food, or very vague so it was difficult to know what you were eating - ex: meat with veggies but didn’t say what meat. Or mixed labels for the cheese. The bar- very disappointing, they didn’t make real cocktails, only some frozen super sweet one using a machine, so nothing to do with s real cocktail. Just sugar, colorant and ice with very little alcohol, if any. The room was small, but it had a nice balcony and a mini fridge. There was a plug only on one side of the bed, which is inconvenient if there are 2 people sharing the bed, as one of them Won’t be able to charge their phone. The only thing that elevated the experience was the staff, most of which was very friendly and nice.

Lovely hotel, good food, good facilities, close to the beach. Staff were helpful. The evening entertainment went on until 11pm. Not ideal if you wanted an early night.

Everything was good, I liked it, but the food wasn’t a good quality, because I had a multiple episodes when I was thinking that I am about to throw up and also me and my gf had both problems with a stomach, we were feeling really ill at some point, but overall stay was good. Internet was 50/50, somewhere in the hotel area it shows that my phone is connected, but there was not enough data to load the page in the internet. Beds were good, but it’s better to have a king size double bed instead of two beds merged into one bed.

This is a seriously big hotel, which is not quite that visible from the pictures. This means there is a lot of walking from lift to room/ lift to exit etc involved, which was not great for my 80 year old Mum. Also, there is no designated drop off area. So if you arrive by car, you need to either park illegally or walk a long way to the hotel, and only once you are checked in will they make parking available to you, and that is a couple of minutes away. The hotel is otherwise clean and the food is fine, the staff were all friendly, but not all of them managed to be helpful all the time. We had two identical rooms but I had a table on the balcony and my Mum didn't, and she had a duvet and I didn't. The location is really great, but you will need a car to get around. Fantastic views and walks nearby.

Excellent friendly staff. Great location for a quiet holiday next to a great beach. The hotel has a good swimming pool. The food selections through out the day are very good with lots of options. Sea view rooms are fantastic. Easy transport links to other places.

A lovely hotel in a great spot. The food was average, unfortunately the wine and beer was very bad. Very friendly staff. The pool and beach are amazing, the hotel is in a great spot.

The hotel facilities and location were excellent, just as described. Lots of different areas to relax in either by the pool, on the roof terrace or on the beach. We went in mid September, so not sure how crowded it could get in high summer. This was our first experience of all inclusive. The food was all self service, buffet style. Plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks available at the pool bar at certain times. Drinks available all day. Entertainment every night, a bit hit and miss and limited daytime activities. Overall, we had a great family holiday but wouldn’t stay longer than a week, as the one dining room could get a little monotonous

The all inclusive isn’t truly all inclusive. Food/beverages are only select items. You have to pay to use the hotels garage. You have to pay to use the safe in the hotel room. Outside of breakfast, the food in the main dining room (the buffet) is gross. We ended up eating out for dinner each night. The room we got looked at the grass rooftop and could not even see the water, only the 2nd floor pool deck. I would stay somewhere else if I came back to Mallorca.
