The jacuzzi was not working well. There was no hot water

Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia! Destacamos muchas cosas del hotel, pero por sobre todo, la calidez del staff, el excepcional kids club (Vila Brincante) y el exquisito desayuno. La opción de media pensión nos resultó muy conveniente para poder disfrutar más del día y no preocuparnos por salir a cenar. En relación a la ubicación, se puede ir caminando a las piscinas naturales de Pontal do Cupé donde se puede nadar con peces. Si bien la playa es con olas, cuenta con servicio de guardavidas lo cual lo hace muy seguro, además de contar con la comodidad de reposeras, sombrillas, servicio de bar y toallas. Tienen programación diaria de entretenimiento para niños, adolescentes y adultos. Realmente sentimos que cuidaron de cada detalle durante nuestra estadía.

The property itself is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The resort is 10-15min away (by car) from downtown Porto de Galinha where all stores and restaurants are; therefore either you have to have a car, a rental, or use uber. Which is all right, if you are prepared for it… just be aware! The beach around the resort is nice and much less busy then the ones around downtown Porto de Galinhas, which is very pleasant. Overall we loved our stay!

We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it.

Nice hotel with good pools and beautiful ocean view

The hotel outside areas are amazing. The swimming and it is just few feets from the beach. The only things need to be done is some updates on the toilets inside the rooms. The are old. so the walks near the shower door looks a bit dirty.

Amazing place, amazing for families with kids!

Amazing place. The staff did not speak English, but made us feel welcome and the kids camp crew kept them busy all day long, every day. Breakfast is great and all food options are on rotation so they don’t get old. Close proximity to downtown Porto de Galinhas makes Uber trips easy.

The bungalow was facing the ocean it had an outside area with a hot tub, sitting area and a swing. The room was very comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal, everyone was very friendly. At night they had music by the pool. Overall the entire resort is beautiful and family friendly. The downside was the we had a problem with the shower it kept backing up.

Amei o hotel..a área externa é lindissima...o café da manha é muito bom...só nao gostei do apartamento...velho. precisa urgentemente de uma reforma. Quando reformar...voltarei com certeza. Meu sobrinho de 4 anos amou. Lugar maravilhoso para crianças.

Bem, com o valor da diária eu optaria na proxima vez por um ambiente melhor e que corresponda melhor as fotos. Os quartos não são exatamente como nas fotos e precisam de um upgrade. Levou 30 min para fazer o check-in, foi o hotel mais burocratico para se fazer um check-in. A musica ambiente é muito alta e as musicas parecem mais que estamos em uma micareta, não é um lugar adequado para descansar. O meu unico elogio para para a equipe do restaurante, que sempre ofereceram um ótimo atendimento e muito amigaveis. Em especial a Nadine, que nos atendeu alguns dias gostamos muito.

They were renovating and my room had a hammock inside but no hook for it. Buffet food was average (not great) which then made it be a hotel with pool basically and i am not sure it’s worth pay for a resort to be a room with pool and dangerous ocean in front.

Let’s be honest here. My stay wasn't what I expected; this hotel can't be named a “resort.” The rooms are dated, lack of cleaning and the Staff is unprepared. It was overpriced for the experience. Positive: breakfast, food in general, and location Cons: customer service, room, and receptionists unprofessional
