Can't beat the location, walking distance to everything in town. Room was large, kitchen well appointed, could have used a bigger more comfortable couch given the room slept 6 but the couch only had room for 3 but everything was clean and the staff were lovely.

Great friendly service. Beware they have an electric blanket underneath the bedding in case you have adverse reactions to it like me. They are happy to remove it if requested.

Adequate accommodation- comfy & clean but a little dated and basic. Staff very nice and helpful. Internet was rubbish (1st world problems I know, but meant kids couldn’t even watch free view).

Friendly check in. Room very comfortable but let down by old soap in the shower, wifi that kept freezing and tv that froze every few minutes. Ended up using own data. Disappointing stay.

Mary was very helpful with great suggestions of things to do. She also gave me info on the ferry conditions and kept me updated. Room was very comfortable with small kitchen and separate bedroom. Had a laundry which was easy. Even had Netflix to use. Wifi was excellent. Walked everywhere, good shopping and eateries. Definitely recommend with very friendly staff. Michelle was available on the weekend to help with anything else. Lovely homey place to stay.

Able to book in early which was wonderful. Unit was clean and tidy. Bed was super comfy. Unfortunately chiming clock in the square and traffic noise can be annoying. Wifi can also be slow.

This was a lovely hotel to stay at. Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Mary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and we really appreciated her help with many things. I would come and stay here again when I’m back in this area. Thank you.

Very clean, convenient lodging walkable to the downtown and not far from the train station. Updated room with beautiful view of the town park square with gorgeous gardens.
