Amazing service and breakfast. Some good local tips for food etc. 9/10 only issue was the shower

Great place for a 2 couples or a family of 4. Two very nice double rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Only a few minutes' walk from a railway station. Would definitely stay here again.

My family had a comfortable stay. Our host was helpful with recommendations and the breakfast was great.

We had bad luck with what we think was their worst room (#6). The bathroom was smaller than any cruise ship bathroom we've had. We worried about fire safety as the only window was a roof skylight. Host was friendly enough but not great. Overpriced for what we got. Breakfast was timely and good.

No hot water no heat

Everything was great. I did not realize this was a B and B when I originally booked this stay so to say it was perfect is an understatement. We arrived late after delays and 35 hours of travel and were welcomed with great hospitality.. The homemade breakfast was delicious and the bed was so comfortable. It is a short drive to all the things in Kilkenny. I would highly recommend.

Overall, the B&B was lovely, but room was small and noticeable "damp" in the bathroom.

Beautiful home. David let us check in early after an international flight. Breakfast was awesome. Great stay!

Great stay with a lovely breakfast included!

David was polite and helpful at check in. The WiFi was very poor, it was the worst by far of all our 12 stays. A cheap Amazon mesh system is a simple solution. The room was very cold and when we mentioned this to David after returning from dinner, he said the heat would come on at 10.00pm. We waited in the cold but the heat never came on. We retired under the thinnest of duvets we had experienced and had to put on additional clothes during the night to keep warm. When the heat came on in the morning, the main radiator in the room was only marginally warmer than body temperature after two hours. We cannot recommend this place.

David is a lovely host

A lovely place to stay on the edge of town, but east drive to everything we needed. Yes, would recommend to anyone.
