Beautiful town, the hotel is fine but not so clean. Old construction but beautiful

I loved how tucked away this hotel was. Check in process was very easy. Not a ton of parking options, but still easy to park around the hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly. With no sort of AC options we had to throw the doors/windows open which was fine, but other guests were sometimes a bit loud. The views and the double patio we had for our room were amazing.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very sweet people. Parking is a little challenging but they made it work. I would definitely stay there again.

Great staff, wonderful views

What a hidden gem! We are on a driving tour of Europe. Selected this hotel based off of reviews. We were late arriving as bad weather and traffic delays held us up. The hotel staff were so welcoming. They were due to close kitchen but kept it open to let us have dinner. Great food. Great Wine! The room was older yet very clean. Balcony view amazing! Our Favourite stay in Europe!!! Quaint little town.

Staff at this hotel are friendly and gracious! Hotel is very clean, and location is wonderful.

very unhandy if driving

We needed a place to stay while driving across Europe. The property was dated but located at a breathtaking location. You can’t beat the location. We walked around the area and it was delightful.

The manager was a little grumpy, but the rest of the staff were very nice

A lovely, welcoming and friendly hotel. A nice location and great value. The Hotel Restaurant was not open but the staff directed us to a Restaurant at the bottom of the hill about 5 minutes away.

Your hotel is far from non - smoking. We could not sit on our balcony or sleep with a window open because of smoke from neighbours smoking on their balconies adjacent. WiFi.. I reported WiFi failure to your male receptionist. He brusquely told me it was working . So, our 3 phones, laptop, chrome book, drone and camera were all faulty??? 15 minutes later I reported to him again. He was determined to prove I was wrong, but I was right! Get your "people skills" together! Then the shower went freezing cold on my wife as she was not finished washing her hair. The cold water is freezing cold. She was not happy. There is no refrigerator in the room. No jug to boil water. No tea, coffee, sugar or milk. To be greeted by the female receptionist smoking heavily in front of the Hotel entrance is not correct. Floorboards everywhere very creaky, thin walls. You have hear everyone, so when upstairs arrived back drunk at 1.30 am we had to sit in bed until 2.30 am before they quietened. Not a 3 star, but merely a 2 star hotel. Perhaps I should ask for a pro rata refund?

It was wonderful! I’d happily stay longer! The staff were amazing, it was so quiet and peaceful with amazing views! I had an amazing sleep 😊

Comfortable room in a beautiful setting. The views are fantastic and the common areas are cosy. Make sure to get a reservation if you want to eat in the restaurant. The 24hr bar was a nice feature, but the wifi was unusable.

I got in a little late but check in was easy and friendly. I asked the manager about eating in the restaurant and he was super helpful and made me an amazing meal. The view from my balcony was spectacular.
