Excellent for the price. Property could use a make over, but the bed was good and everything was clean. Bit of a bargain for a one night stay

I stayed at this hotel while attending a function at Alexandra Palace, and the location was perfect, just a 10-min walk, which made getting to and from the venue super easy. I booked at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised to get a great promotional deal.The room was very good for the price, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It was a bit worn out in places, but nothing worth complaining about. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. Overall, a good stay and excellent value for money, especially if you're visiting Ally Pally!

Room was a little old fashioned. Though clean and tidy. Tv broken. For the money paid it was pretty good.

I always feel at home when I stay ar this hotel. The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and have air conditioning. Great location. Couldn’t fault it.

For the location i think this hotel is very good value. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. As we faced a busy road traffic noise was a bit of an issue, particularly on a warm night when the window needed to be open. Unfortunately the hotel does not serve breakfast (not a problem for us as we needed an early start) but there seem to be a number of places within walking distance to get something. We had dinner at Ratatouille round the corner - excellent. There is parking but it's quite limited.

Just what I needed for a one night stay with whatever shops one might need in the area and attentive late night reception. Loved the custard cream pack in the room, thank you for the snack!

It was what I expected and is an affordable way to stay in London. It's located with many splaces to eat within walking distance and easy access to busses. I will definitely stay there again. Staff was very frindly.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms very basic and tired. Bed was clean bathroom spotless. Very good value but could do with an upgrade on doors windows carpet. There was a really old air con unit with the hose going to an open window which was not conducive to a peaceful sleep. Coffee and tea in room and great for ally pally which is 25mins walk.

My room was clean, with nice bed linen and the bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if i had an event in the area.
