Excellent place to stay

Stayed at this hotel during the duration of our stay in Salento, clean room, breakfast that was included was awesome, and additional laundry service was very helpful. Parking was also included which was convenient to store our car during the duration of the visit. It was only a 5 minute walk to the centre square, close to many restaurants, and only 1-2 blocks away from Calle Real which is the touristic/scenic street. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. 5 stars all around.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean and modern. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Continue with the clean environment. I would recommend for breakfast to include more Colombian traditional food.

The property was excellent. Room was clean and alway done up whenever we came back. We had the Santa Isabella suite which was spacious with a king bed and sofa

Good value for price. The room that we got had a window facing into the courtyard, just behind stairs. No air conditioning but the room was neat and clean. Convenient to walk everywhere in the town.

Thank you for all staff members for being so helpful with transportation and very welcoming. It was a lovely pleasure staying with you. However, the breakfast are very small portions for my opinion.

Beautiful and unique hotel, in the most magical place in Colombia Salento, Quindio. Excellent service and great experience. I highly recommend it.

Excellent service, beautiful facilities

The room was amazing! Super clean, pretty decorations, and the bed was so comfortable to sleep in! I would definitely come back here again :)
