The hotel is kept impeccably clean by a dedicated staff who take pride in their work. All staff are friendly and helpful and should be congratulated for this. A great place to stay.

The room was clean but small, balcony was nice. Bed was two single beds which, while pushed together, were not attached so easy to slip down the middle. Breakfast buffet was average, nothing special. But the location of the hotel is spectacular & there are loads of nice breakfast places nearby.

Budget Hotel, which was great value for money. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. We had a club room, it was very small but had everything you need, the shower especially was poweful with consistent hot water. Good choice at breakfast, hot or cold, whatever you wanted. Location was excellent, 6m walk to the east coast of Elli beach, less than 5m walk to shops, restaurant's and bars, Mandraki port about 10min and the Old Town 20min walk.

I have stayed at the hotel on many occasions. The staff are wonderful, always friendly and always willing. The public and private areas are kept in immaculate condition. The hotel has everything going for it.

I have stayed at the Esperia on many occasions. The hotel is extremely well run. The staff are 'wonderful', always friendly and helpful. The location is near to the beach, the Mandraki ( harbour) and the Old Town. It is also convenient for bus services.

The room we had booked was occupied with a semi dressed older lady which was a shock It’s not the first time whilst in Rhodes this has happened We were given an upgraded room but still a shock to find semi naked people in your booked accommodation

The staff are excellent, always friendly and helpful. The property is kept clean and tidy. There is a wide range of food available for breakfast. Again, immaculately clean.

Breakfast amazing! Rooms small. Park area across from hotel seemed sketchy. Some drug use there so seemed unsafe. Even though I booked large room for 4 adults in hotel in January, they did not keep that room available and sent our family across street to apartment building. Also told them first day our phone didn’t work, but it was never repaired and we could not call family room to room all 5 days we were there.

Great rates available but check the sites for offers there's usually quite a variation. Overall great value for money and if you can get the cost of breakfast included its worth it. Good Points Location perfect with the old town, harbor, beach, beach, new town , shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Great breakfast buffet available, usually included with most bookings, lots of continental and cooked breakfast items available from 7am -11am with indoor and outdoor pool side tables for dining. Clean comfortable rooms, good A/C , balcony, fridge, daily cleaning. Nice bar and foyer area Small square pool ideal but perfectly adequate for cooling down, with plentiful poolside sunloungers with shaded cover. Friendly helpful staff. Could be better Very difficult for parking so best if you don't have a car (which you don't need here), we ended up several miles away. Limited space on road for pickup and drop off of taxis to access hotel. Rooms have safe but they try and charge you for it so we didn't bother, really 11 euros to rent a room safe? Overall great hotel in ideal location, great breakfast, good rates will certainly stay again indeed just booked. Read less

The hotel has ben recently refurbished and is in excellent condition. Bathroom/shower room slightly small. Staff are excellent and hotel is centrally located
