The German inspired style of the room and furniture was fun and interesting. There were some parts of the room that could be updated (There was a lamp shade that was cracked and the bathroom had some water damage). The shampoo/conditioner bar was so much fun as you got to pick which ones were your favorite and bring some to your room. The breakfast was also really good. The location is really close to the main station so it was easy to take public transfer to and from there.

This is a great choice of hotel in a fabulous location, right near the JR station and many car rental places. The hotel is not that large and we were lucky to get interconnecting rooms. However, the rooms have too much furniture in them and as a result, feel small (the extra low table and chair did not need to be there) but we only used the rooms for sleeping. Even though there are a number of restaurants in the same building, we recommend visiting the night stalls at Kagomma Furusato Yataimura, just around the corner.

Location was great and the room was mostly comfortable. However, the room smelled a bit smokey even though it was a non smoking room. Good value overall.

This was a lovely hotel, and our room was lovely when we arrived however when we went to bed that evening it was so noisy we had to go downstairs to reception to complain. The night porter did his best to resolve our problem by giving us another room Which was a lot quieter but there was still noise from the bar below, this was a shame as otherwise it would’ve been a really nice hotel stay.

Fantastic position.Close to public transport, restaurants, and Department store. Dated hotel, very dark, smokey(it was supposed to be a non smoking room) cluttered room, very big heavy unnecessary furniture making it unsafe particularly in a dark room at night. Breakfast for those who would prefer not to have Asian food was a bread roll and jam. No elevators, carry your own bags up to level 1 no exceptions. Such a shame it could be so much better with simple improvements. Obliging staff

Staff is friendly and polite. Room is tidy and toilet is clean.

As the weather is cold outside, hot water and tea always easy to get as well as extra blanket. Also, they are willing to keep our luggage with no handling charge. For Wi-Fi, strong and fast in room.

Nice European style hotel close to Kagoshima station.

Chose this hotel because it's near Kagoshima-Chuo station and has free wifi. Stayed for one night. Was able to communicate with staff in simple English. Had to carry luggage up and down stairs because there was no elevator. Room was clean and a good size.

接客はとても良かった、上の階からのドタドタ音が気になりました、朝食は2日とも同じメニューでちょっとガッカリ、品数も少なく物足りなかった、朝食楽しみにしてたのにビックリでした、プリンは美味しかったです

雰囲気のある素敵なホテルで、スタッフの対応も良かったです。 お風呂のカーテンの匂いが少し気になったこと以外は満足です。

24時間受付の方が居てくれるのは安心で良かったです。レトロな外見と内装はおしゃれで良かったのですが、お風呂や壁紙がボロボロで、お風呂には掃除忘れの髪の毛が落ちていました。 あと、館内がカビなのか変な臭いがしました。

掃除も行き届いており、スタッフの方たちもとても親切でした。朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。壁が薄く、隣の話し声が聞こえるのは仕方ないのかな（男性の比較的しっかりした声が聞こえるが、話の内容までは分からない程度でしたが。）

ホテル自体は古いですが、アンティークな感じでよかったです。駐車場もあって停めれたのでよかったです。 お風呂は古かったです。価格が安いので私は許容範囲でした。ベッドも洋風で広くてよかったです。 朝食は奄美の郷土料理の鶏飯を初めて食べて美味しかったです。

立地、雰囲気、サービスは問題ありません。部屋のトイレの流れが悪かったです。

レトロチックでおしゃれ。 大浴場があれば、もっと嬉しいなー。
