Good hotel in a good location. Friendly staff

Lovely old hotel with good breakfast. No person at reception for check in just had to buzz a number and follow instructions. No personal touch. Unable to Help with Swiss adapter.

The hotel was lovely but the rooms were very hot as no air con. There was a fan but this circulated the hot air. We had to have the windows open and there was vey loud music and noise from the bar opposite until 4am. I felt that the propert was very expensive for what you got

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The walk up to the third floor with luggage and no porter was not ideal. The staff had less English than was found in other hotels of a similar level.

Hotel location was great. The restaurant was awesome and the staff was outstanding. Thank you Gabriel and Dominique for a wonderful stay.

The room was beautiful and the hotel was historic. Breakfast was excellent and having privacy was ideal. Staff were friendly and accomodating. We did have dinner and although it was good i think it was over priced.

The hotel was just what we expected from the pictures provided. The room was clean and we had plenty of room, which is needed when traveling with a young one. The reason I didn't give a better rating for our overall stay was because the beds were VERY firm. I was so sore the next day, my husband was slightly sore and my son didn't seem to be effected in any way. My son slept on a roll-away bed so his mattress may have been different from mine and my husbands. The hotel location was great if you want to go down by the water... we didn't get to go as it was raining, cold and late. Breakfast was okay, a selection of eggs, meat, cheese, breads.

The staff at the hotel are wonderful. The hotel itself is indeed charming and the resturant is wonderful.

Easy access to town of Arbon.

The hotel was great and the staff very kind and helpful. The trundle (cot) was unfortunately very uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you don't need the extra bed. Location was just a short walk from the Bodensee!

Great combination of a family owned and operated hotel and restaurant. The restaurant is well known for its quality and gourmet chef. We were here to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. Beautiful old town, hotel is a 5 minute walk from the boat landing where you can board a boat to cruise the lake.

Went to Switzerland on the spur of the moment. We booked this hotel at the last minute and it has been our favorite hotel these last ten days of traveling Europe.

Very loud at night when people leave the local bars. This went on for many hours (4am!!!). Then the first church bell chimed at 5am (close to the hotel). It was also very hot, not the fault of the hotel, but we had to have the windows open and there was no fan to help circulate the air. The breakfast offered very limited selection and of that very limited supply; we were offered one cup of coffee but no refills; at all other hotels we were offered a pot of coffee and/or refills and also eggs cooked to order but nothing was offered here. This was very surprising for the best rated restaurant in town. This was the worst stay of our 13 day European trip.
