The experience is generally good. Transport If you need to travel to the hotel from Takasaki station, you can go straight from the East Entrance, walk straight across the bridge and go downstairs turn left. It take only 3 minutes, only opposite to LABI department store. Excellent convenience.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and staffs are very friendly.

The room was tiny, but mostly quite clean...the only exception was the decorative drape over the bed was very stained and one morning one of the towels was dirty. The beds are very firm, but we thought they were quite comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast - usually includes a type of fish, sausage, rice, eggs, miso soup, rolls, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful!

Really close to JR Takasaki Station, only about 5 min walk. The hotel is clean and our stay is comfort overall. Would recommend for those who stay Takasaki.

Great location. Had a public bath for use inside hotel. Staff were excellent and helped us ship our bags to next accommodation.

We only spend one night there. Stuff is nice and helpful, we find the bedlinen not very clean, tell them they change within 5 mins. Breakfast is included and it is served in a buffet style and have free coffee whole day, It is excellent.

This is definitely value for money. Hotel condition is great except that the air-coniditoner of initial room assigned dripped. We were then moved to another room. This is a 3-star business hotel. Room is small but typical japanese size. Bed however is too soft for me. Hotel is located next to the JR station and department stores.

Very convenient location as it is a few minutes of walking to the JR Takasaki train station. Free breakfast is decent.

The staff are nice and helpful, the facility is clean and bright but with few options if you want to have some snakes or drinks nearby as there's only one supermarket right in the station main building yet closed at 20:00. 3-5 mins walking distance from Takasaki JR station, great location and convenient transport purpose. The breakfast is provided as light buffet, it's delicious and good for both Japanese&western style.

A stay after a trip to Karuizawa

The hotel was only a few minutes walk from Takasaki station. Very clean and nice beds! The overall room is excellent for Japan. We stayed in two semi-double bed room and the bed size was nice and very clean. The room size is a little cozy however I felt very comfortable. Nice breakfast and I enjoyed the free public bath (Japanese hot bath) to relax in a hot bath! I would definately recommend this hotel.
