Could do with some cleaning products available in the room

Great location for visiting family in Lilydale for New Year's Eve. This is the fourth year I have stayed and always find the accommodation clean and comfortable. The rates are good and I just happened to receive an upgrade this year. I would intend booking a room again for next year.

Stayed 4 nights and any service was by personal request. Room was spacious and tidy and clean. Shower over spa provided hot water but handheld rose leaked water heavily around tiled splash back to spa. Easy self-parking in front of room. Motel fronted Main Street/Maroondah Highway and is close to Coles and terrific Thai restaurant.

The room was clean. All interaction was done over the phone from arriving to leaving. Entry to your room was via an electronic card obtained from a wall box after entering a specific code given over the phone on arrival. Help was I believe available at any time via a phone call. Electronic card was left in the room when leaving after checking via phone call that that was the appropriate way to exit the room. Some may like 'contactless' but I like speaking directly with a person in person. There was no dish cloth, dish washing detergent, hand towel or tea towel so cleaning up after splashes/light meals was not easy. Thankfully there was a box of tissues. There were plenty of mirrors. The TV and air conditioner worked well. The room advertised slippers which I did not expect and no slippers presented. The bed was comfortable and the car parking space roomy.

Room was clean and had basic necessities. Staff were very polite. Surprisingly quiet given it was on the Maroondah Highway. Would recommend.

Nice quiet place to spend a few nights. Close to food, supermarket and walks.

Parking easy,it felt secure even though it was open to the main road.Staff were excellent, they quickly reallocated our room when we found out that the shower was in the bath of the spa room we booked. My wife has mobility issues.

A very convenient location to stay for a wedding nearby. The area was quiet, and the room was spacious.

Centrally located to Yarra Valleys tourist attractions. Well presented room with renovated ensuite.

Easy all to restaurants and shops.

The comfortable bed and great bathroom made this place a great choice. The only downside was that the reception wasn’t always available.

An easy check in process, a quiet bed to lay my head in a nice clean and well-kept room. Flexible with me respectfully bringing a large valuable item into the room for safety. What more can you ask for?
