The location was wonderful since we wanted to be downtown and it was great to have a parking garage. The price was also great. However, the beds were hard as a rock, the towels were more like rags than towels, and the room layout and decoration was awkward at best.

The rooms are not quiet as nice as the pictures. The roof top serves a wonderful Sunday Buffet It seemed the rest of the week all tables and chairs are stored away. The daily buffet downstairs was very good> The Location is perfect if you want to walk into Historical district. The room was quiet. We slept well in a comfortable bed and pillows. The AC didn't work but as soon as we asked at the desk 2 men were sent to correct that and was fine after that. The front desk was always courtesous and very polite.

Clearly one of the best hotels in town, Kasa provides excellent housing & business needs for your trip. It costs a bit more, but it is worth the cost.

Muy mal servicio, el hotel tiene muchas deficiencias, nos quedamos al principio en una de las habitaciones viejas del hotel, y a la mañana siguiente no teníamos agua caliente, nos cambiaron a una de las suites, las que por cierto solo son $100.00 pesos mas de lo que pagamos, esta si tenia agua caliente pero tuvimos problemas con la televisión, no servia porque se iba la señal, las habitaciones están re modeladas pero no están bien aisladas, escuchamos todo lo que decían en la habitación de alado y para colmo olía a caño el baño y el lavabo estaba tapado, terrible noche la que pasamos. el staff es amable pero no fue suficiente.

The hotel has a very good location, close enough to the downtown to go for a walk, but far enough to have a very quiet good night sleep. The room and bathroom are very clean, a bit small and dated but overall good enough. I did not tried the hotel restaurant but it looked and smelled very nice, probably worth to check it out too. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, there was always someone at the desk in case you needed something, even at midnight like in my case. I highly recommend this hotel if you intend to visit the city and make the most out of it.

My famili and I stayed a this property for about 6 days, the staff and hotel property are good and clean. However, we endup we bed bug bites. We were moved to a different room for just one day. Unfortunately now we have to clean and disinfect every clothing we have brought back to the US. Be aware if you stay on this property.

Great Customer Service. Everyone is very friendly and take there time with you. The only two persons that I had issues with was Laura and Carmen both are at the kitchen service they had really bad attitude like they don’t like there job. I’m sure there’s other people that would appreciate to have a job.

The hotel is walking distance to downtown, restaurants, parks, coffee shops, and shopping. The buffet breakfast was good, though we didn’t know we could ask for pancakes and bacon until our last day! Fresh squeezed oj every morning was a plus!

At first i got a room that didnt like, but it chosen by me for the price, but i requested to transfer to a better room no matter if i had to pay the difference, i was given a better room, but staff said for same price, that was so nice of them :) Brkfst buffet style was included, a lot to choose from, very happy with service.

Complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent; stay was pleasant with exception of bathroom towels. They were stained and a not so pleasant smell.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, comfortable, and modern. The complementary breakfast was also good. Hotel was at a five minute walk to the plaza.
