This property is good but worst maintenance, the telephones won’t work, the ice machine is out of order also both the thread mills in the gym Another issue is that 90 % of the time there’s Non one at the reception Had been multiple times over the years but won’t come back here again unless there’s no other options available in this area

All righty let's start this off by saying I booked this stay weeks in advance knowing it was my birthday weekend with that when I arrived after driving from Louisiana to Texas I was exhausted went to the room that did not have a tub the staff was kind enough to relocate me to a room with a tub and I went to sleep woke up the next morning to go to breakfast and asked where the pool was located to be informed that the pool was closed I asked closed for the day she said no closes for weeks it's out of order and I'm like okay well I really wasn't going to swim I'll just sit by the pool well no you can't sit by the pool because it's completely closed off and the pool coloring itself is anything but appealing this in addition to the ice maker being broken mold in the bathroom this was not the Hampton Hilton experience that I was looking for on my birthday so I call customer service to try to get a resolution only to be further irritated to tears again because this is occurring on my birthday so I had to check out and find other suitable arrangements for me further away from my intended destination at The residency inn where I knew I would have a positive experience and positive is an understatement for the experience that I had there including the facility I could sit by the pool I could get in the pool there was access to the pool the ice maker actually worked the property was aesthetically pleasing VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

I wasn’t given the room I reserved the first night and the room they gave us had a full bed. They moved us to a King size bed for the rest of our stay! And we were satisfied for the rest of the stay.

The Manager lock me out my room claiming a glitch in their system. Claim no one enter the room to later find my authentic Marc Jacob’s sneakers stolen . Staff tried several times to enter the room thinking no one was in there. I wouldn’t stay at that hotel if it was free

We arrived and checked into our room. The toilet didn’t flush and the deadbolt on the door was broken. We asked for a different room and the staff was accommodating. The second room we were given was okay. The bathroom ceiling was covered in what looked to be black mold. Overall, very disappointed by this experience, but the staff was helpful.
