There is no shower for showering. The toilet shower has no spray. TV remote has no function (different brand). Day 2, no one cleans and cleans.

Old and shabby hotel. The bedroom is not the same as the picture. The water is very weak and the toilets always smell. The receptionist is very impolite and always defiant. Will not and never want to return to this hotel because it will destroy the whole vacation.

I was arriving early in the hotel and the hotel is providing the check in earlier facilities if they have the room with the extra payment RM 12/hour. The location is very strategic, close to the pavilion, and easy to find transportation, food and shopping, CS is very friendly and helpful, although the rooms are not similar in description but overall quite good. There is a hot shower and hairdryer, the hotel environment is clean.

Strategically located, you just want to go shopping on foot, looking for easy food, going anywhere near the Bukit Bintang station.

Pros: hot water is good and there is a hair dryer lacks no toothbrush and reception is jutek and no smile or words, thank you. And I ordered a triple room but it wasn't ready and had to add 10 RM for a family room. This is a photo of the room and bathroom.

The location is very close to the pavilion and the crowd. If you are looking for something close and cheap here it is recommended. Room dimly lit. The bathroom cannot be locked. When sharing with friends less comfortable. The female staff at check-in was very rude and disrespectful. But no need to take heart.
