Second time to stay here, it has been renovated, and the rooms are a lot nicer now. The included breakfast makes this place good value. It has expansive parking, also included in the price.

Really enjoyed the stay with my family. 24 hour check in, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and breakfast is great.

Was a really nice hotel that offered American style laundry services with the washer and dryer.

Nice breakfasts

It was a good stay. The room is spacious for 3 person and i The location is convenient to the fishing port. It will be good if you drive as there’s free parking.

Great hotel with good service and very clean facilities. Complimentary beverages for all day. Supermarket and nice food outlets around the hotel. Should consider providing shuttle bus to train station as it is far to walk.

Quick checkin even though staff had limited knowledge of English. View of castle from hotel is not as close as advertised. Room was quite large for triple.

If you wish to enjoy staying at a Japanese hotel, I do not recommend this hotel. It is a simply a business hotel.

Nice breakfast, a surprise

Price was great and the room was bigger by far than anywhere else I've stayed in Japan (including places twice the price). My only complaint is that it was about a 15-minute walk from the train station and most hotels are closer.

朝食もコスパがいいしトイレ風呂も別で部屋も清潔で広く快適なホテル

部屋からは新幹線がよく見え、楽しかったです。福山城も小さくですが見えました。

きれいなホテルでとても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございます。乾燥機が壊れていたのが少し残念でしたが、GWの忙しい中でもとてもよくしてくださり、うれしかったです。また泊まりに行きますね。

部屋が広い。3点式ユニットバスでなくトイレと浴室分かれているので、自宅に居る感覚で過ごせました。朝食は御当地料理もあり料理の質も高いと思います。おすすめです。

受け付けの方の対応が、無愛想でした。
