The only advantage is that there is a free shuttle bus in front of this hotel every 5 minutes, which is ready to take us to the Grand Mosque, gate 9, which is a 5 minute journey from there.

We stayed at the end of 2025 Ramadan and after (5 days), and the hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, minimarts, and gift stores, that makes us enjoying the stays so much. Elaf Bakkah is also close to Haram, about 2 km. We can get to Haram easily by riding the free Saptco bus, in front of the hotel. The bus is ready 24 hours. We had such a great stay there.

good hotel, and even though we only booked 2 rooms during peak season and many hotels canceled umrah pilgrims, we were still received and served well, which we arrived at the hotel at 19.30, and were assisted by a good room boy who was happy to carry our luggage to the top floor, for the lifts there are many and good, so even when it's crowded it doesn't take long to wait, for buses it is always available for 24 hours every 30 minutes, even before 30 minutes if the bus is not there, the security guard always helps to stop the bus, but the wifi quality is a little less good (we are on the 15th floor), for the hotel equipment and supplies are also complete, there are irons and tables, hair dryers, but for cleaning the room, adding mineral water and changing towels must be conveyed and informed, for comfortable and fragrant rooms, in general with the price we ordered, everything exceeded our expectations

Clean, spacious, nice rooms. It's a bit far to haram. But there was a saptco who arrived at the haram court, because he was accustomed to staying in the illegitimate area on foot even though far away. But overall okay.
