Onsen felt like it wasn't real onsen and all the baths were lukewarm and not hot. Room was non smoking but smelt like cigarettes real bad like somebody was just here a day ago chain smoking. Actually bought room deodorizer for cigarettes and left it there. Parking was infested with weeds that sticks to your clothes took me 20 min to remove. Meal was part of the reservation but that wasnt communicated clearly to me. They ended up calling me asking me if im coming down for dinner twice even when i told them i dont need meal since already had plans. Not a big deal but stay tax could only be paid in cash. Out of all the hotels i stayed at japan this place is the only place that said cash only. I wonder what they would have said if i told them i dont have cash. With that in mind i dont think they were being truthful and was just being lazy. The hotel seems like it has some history but the proper investment is not being made. Could be better if they have the right mindset.

Stunning view of oceanfront atop cliff and, the view from outdoor onsen (gender separated) was absolutely breathtaking.. seeing the ocean splashing against rocks just few feet away as you bathe watching the sunset.. a must experience for any avid hot spring fans. Area doesn’t offer many eatery choices, but if you’re driving a rental, there will be more options in both directions on highway 136. Convenience store within walking distance, a lifesaver for last minute food shopping for families with younger children

This is a classic Japanese hot springs property with excellent hot springs water. You will get the full “ryokan” experience: Japanese tatami mat rooms, futons to sleep on, yukata to wear in and out of the bath, and even traditional wooden sandals to wear outside of the hotel. I loved the classic little touches - sweets and hot tea plus wet towels to greet us, hand written greetings from the hotel “kamisan” (owner) on our car each morning. The negatives were: WiFi extremely slow and accessible only in the lobby, limited and very creative English signage, and per person vs. per room charges making it a little expensive for families.

They don't speak much English but tried their best to communicate via Google translate, very helpful and friendly service.

共同浴場にヤクザを彷彿させるような刺青の人が2人いて不快に感じた。 トイレが部屋の外だった。

スタッフの方々と対応はとても良かったです。食事や部屋も良かったです。 大浴場のお風呂が7個のうち3個利用できなかった事と、貸切風呂の予約が取りにくかったのが残念でした。

ホテル全体が古く部屋の中にトイレもない。従業員の男性も感じが悪い。

お風呂はサイコー。さすが神の湯だけあって、普通の温泉♨️度は違う。蘊蓄通りでした。お部屋の内装や、設備がよければもっと価値が上がり、良くなる。

親切な対応をしていただきました

夕食のお料理がかなり薄味でした 朝食のカレーは甘口でしたが美味しかったです。 お風呂は表示より少しぬるい気がしました。 長く浸かるのが目的なのかな？ 日帰りで入浴されている方がかなりいらっしゃるようです。大きくタトューが入っている方もいらっしゃいました。お子さんもはいるのて、そこは強く明示してくれると助かります。

お世話になりました。

温泉施設がいくつもあり、良かった。 特に温度の違う湯船が良かった。 また大浴場の他に貸切露天風呂や、有料貸切風呂もあり、次回はそちらも楽しみたいと思いました。連泊したので、料理は初日の方が良かった様に感じました。品数は多いですがもう少し工夫が欲しい様な。後朝食は洋食も欲しかったですね。

温泉はとても良かったですが、部屋が臭かったです。

掛け流しの温泉、私の身体にとても合う温泉だった。 また、従業員の手作りの、朝焼けの富士山と、ダイヤモンドご来光が独り占めできる、貸し切り露天風呂。 　好みの浴衣を着て、一日に何度も温泉へ入り、すべてのストレスを洗い流せる。 　 　建物は、昭和時代のまま。 昭和のひとには懐かしくて、帰る頃には令和の行き過ぎた便利さを残念に思うようになっていた。 　とても貴重なお宿だった。

昔ながらの旅館で居心地も良く、富士山の見える貸切りの温泉も楽しめました。 チェックアウト時こちら側でトラブルがあったのことにも快く対応して頂き、大変助かりました。ありがとうございます。 また遊びに来た際は、利用させてもらいます。 This is comfy and traditional inn. We enjoyed Onsen with My.Fuji view. I really appreciate for kind staff took care of the problem when we checked out.

設備は古く、ビジネスツインには鏡や洗面所・トイレがありませんでした。しかし、大浴場のすぐ前なのでそこを代わりに使うことができます。 値段がお安いのでこれでもいいかと思いました。 事前支払いの金額を見ると、税金が割と高めに設定されているように感じるのですが、どういう明細なのでしょうか。それとは別にチェックアウトの時に、入湯税を150円現金で支払う必要がありました。

部屋に小さな蟻が湧いていた 冷蔵庫も小さく、ほとんど入らない お風呂は良かったが、それ以外がいまいち もし使うなら高い部屋を使うしかない

ビジネスプランの割安価格で宿泊させてもらいました。 元々が寝るだけの予定で予約してたので、部屋に不満は無し、防音なのかロビーで卓球を楽しむ親子の声も気にならず、それよりも気に入ったのが150円の入湯料で大浴場やプライベート露天風呂が利用できた事。 そして大好きな昭和の風情が残るこのホテルに年内にまた宿泊する事だろう。
