Situation

All good

The room was clean, but very old looking. They dud not have enough comforters for the cold. The furniture needs replacement very old and peeling, in the bathroom the countertop broken. The faucets are old and not eco at all. Not a 3 star .

Old rooms break all impression!

Great location, courteous staff and awesome food. Neat and clean rooms are cherry on the top.

Value for money, but what top the list is Staff really friendly can’t do enough to make your stay memorable. Author, Silvia , David, Yurena and Maria . I stayed in 4 different hotels on this one month holiday, even 2 so called five ⭐️ hotels. This hotel top the list because of the staff you got.

Cleaning was good. Wifi very bad.

The hotel is near the beach las canteras and santa catalina park. Just 10 minutes walk from bus station.

It was okay

Room was Clean, device was good, friendly and helpful staff, location is touristic and alive but far 15 minutes walk from Santa Catalina station, room need renovation, Windows are consumed and noisy, kitchenette is rusty and should be removed.

Great location right by the beach but quiet. Lots of restaurants in the area. Within walking distance of the bus terminal.

Good location, great size room (apartment) but we had some very noisy neighbours. Think they may have neen residents. Wasnt good. Sounded like it was a room share too many people and children. Rooms were very hot but fans were available at 'reception

The cost is better than many other hotels in the area and it's in a great location right by the sea front and a 5-10 minute walk from Santa Catalina Square. The staff were great and rooms were clean. My only criticism would be the paper thin walls. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper but ended up being woken up most days by neighbours and people in the hallway. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine!

Very enjoyable, comfortable and friendly budget hotel next to Las Canteras Beach. It was great to come back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing. Will certainly stay at the Faycan again.

Locality of hotel to the beach, restaurant and bars was great, Friendly staff and hotel clean comfortable, Continental breakfast was great, I would stay here again and would recommend to my family and friends

This is a 'what you see is what you get' Hotel - Its' 3* - but its'close to the Beach, Bars & Restaurants, very clean through-out, nice staff and the Continental Breakfast was more than expected. Free internet. Beds fine nice size room - small kitchen so you could make a drink and pop things into the fridge. All in all it was excellent for our needs good price. It has no Air conditioning but I am sure they could find you a fan if needed. Only downside we had was x3 women in a room trying to grab mirror space, only had one in the bathroom - so one in our room would have been great. I would recommend this nice little Hotel .

Superb location. Difficult to find parking, though there is a reasonable garage within 5 minutes walking, 7€ from 9pm to 9am. Would stay here again.
