The location was amazing, we love the fire pits and the views

Only complain is the shower head not working properly. Should be reviewed when they clean the room by the cleaning service. Otherwise we had a happy stay at the place!

Property quite comfortable and clean. Staff very professional and polite. Only complain is that the bathroom showers should be more adequately inspected as the one in our room the shower head was not working properly and also the drain was somewhat clogged causing water to acumulate. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Stayed here for a night and didn't have an awful experience but also didn't have a pleasant one. More like a meh stay. First, the hotel is about 15 mins past Lunahuana and there is nothing around so cool, we can now enjoy all the amenities at the hotel. Check in is at 3 pm so we got there at 4 pm..pool closes at 6 pm. OK, let's eat something...restaurant closed until 7:30 pm...well, maybe a drink...bar closed until 8 pm. Main attraction, a Netflix movie projected a the events room. Decided to wait for the restaurant as we were starving, food was whatever...asked for a steak medium rare...they brought it well done. Asked for a wine list...they only had one wine option, by the bottle. Intipalka Malbec for 70 Soles...which has a store price of 24 soles. Corkage fee is 25 soles. Had lemonade instead. No A/C in the room and could not open the windows because there are tons of bugs in the area. Had a fan but circulated hot air inside the room. Bed was comfortable though. OH wait...NO WiFi! Next day breakfast was OK. Enjoyed the zoo, rode a bike around the resort, got in the pool...which BTW is dirty, mold at bottom of pool and water isn't clear. Check out at 12 pm. Receptionist mentioned I could use the facilities until 4 pm...no thanks - got out of there immediately and went to town for a nice lunch.

It was an amazing experience , much better than expected, a nice resort with so many attractions!! Highly recommended A+++++

What a drive, make sure you have four wheel drive vehicle or be prepared for a difficult drive. We underestimated the distance from Asia but after arriving at this hotel we were very pleased with the accommodations and enjoyed the stay.

Muy buen lugar , excelente desayuno , piscina y las bicicletas lo Máximo. Solo tuve problemas con el agua caliente de la habitación pero por lo demás lo súper recomiendo.

Quiet place, good food, and great service

Como siempre, muy buen hotel. Creo que falta que cumplan una promesa antigua. Agua temperada o semi-temperada en la piscina. Ya es la 10 vez que voy y siempre hay la promesa de que "luego habrá". Lo otro, el desayuno podría empezar mas temprano. 730hs am es tarde para empezar. Y, no hay en ninguna parte un poco de cafe negro para tomar antes de esa hora. Y, finalmente, el gimnasio es bastante basico y robusto. Maquinas con cables rotos hace mas de 3 años.... Entiendo que es un hotel donde pocos huspedes quieren entrenar pesas, pero si indican que hay gimnasio en el perfil del hotel, hay que tener algo funcional.

Buen lugar para descansar. Deben mejorar el servicio y calidad del restaurante (almuerzo y cena).

toda la infraestructura, limpieza y atencion muy buena, la pasamos super en familia, hay ambientes para disfrutar tanto en familia como solo adultos, lo unico que la piscina no se puede disfrutar al 100% por el viento que corre pero eso es por la temporada y no impide igual de disfrutarlo porque ambas piscinas son geniales. La comida muy buena y los precios asequibles,la vista uff es maravillosa , hay de todo por hacer e infinidad de lugares donde pasar el dia, los venaditos divinos, volveria porque me encanto.

Muy contento con la estadía

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, el costo de alimentación es muy elevado en relación calidad/cantidad/precio. Tienen muchos problemas con el agua caliente y cuando hay demora mucho en llegar provocando desperdicio de agua.

Me gusta su buena infraestructura, no le gusto la pésima calidad de su comida.
