Overall good experience.

Very clean and friendly staff.

Pleasantly surprised when I arrived after seeing this hotel only had 2 stars.

Stayed for one night and it worked well and was a great price

Unfortunately the room looked a bit worn, scratched furniture and such. The bath products in the shower were low or completely empty

We booked a two queen room and got one queen only. Room was small with no light for reading by.

All was very nice. Only thing would be trains during night.

Ive stayed at this property a few times over the past year and have never had an issue. This time, my interactions with the front end staff,, specifically the manager/owner) were disrespectful and frankly, rude.p

Enjoyed my stay here, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable

Good location & great breakfast

Pretty good hotel.

Location is close to train tracks so you get woken up by the train horns. My room also backed on to a Tim Hortons drive through so you can hear everyone order. Not much rest here and no compassion from the staff. Free breakfast was below average even for hotel breakfasts I guess you get what you pay for!

Angie at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She made our stay super easy and comfortable.
