Great hotel. Friendly staff. Room was stocked well with towels. The Sofa bed was like 2 in one which was perfect for our family of 5, there’s a pull out mattress on the bottom of the sofa. The breakfast was ok. Cute little bar in the lobby too. Only thing I did not like was the bathroom door in room. It was one of those sliding door type and it was really noisy when opening and closing. Overall, satisfied with the stay & would stay again.

Stay was good. But, the breakfast doesn't have much options.

Overall was good. I want to complement the breakfast; well balanced and we were not rushed to finish. The only thing to improve is having someone to come in for the trash.

It was comfortable place , room was spacious, the breakfast area was too crowded over the weekend which was underetandable, not many options though. Front desk and the team were nice and helpful. Room service needs improvement, they did not clean well and some spots were not touched at all ( like barthroom floor) they forgot to put soap but i was able to get some from the front desk.

As usual we're very pleased with the room, they keep it clean and ready for us before checking in times, also breakfast buffet was great and service was excellent.

Very clean and elegant hotel will be staying here again with my family! Pool was super clean and staff was very friendly!

The associate who checked in for us, Michael, was having a bad attitude. I do not appreciate the demeaning tone.

No coffee, hot water, No sugar in the lobby.

It was a bad experience. I booked this hotel after reading positive reviews. But what a great disappointment! I was told at the checking that water heater is broken, and if I don't want to stay here I can leave. Also if need credit I have to just call Expedia. I was tired of long drive so I decided to stay. Room was not properly clean, air conditioning was not on and room was smelling bad. All in all worst experience every.

Property was old and in need of remodel and upkeep. All exterior doors were broken with the exception of the main entrance. The lobby had a bad smell that resembled urine. Breakfast was poor and refilled inefficiently.

Spacious room for the price.
