The rooms are incredibly small, but the breakfast is amazing.

The hotel was in quite bad condition and not fresh at all. Not very cleaned room with lot of dust on the floor. The rooms were worn out.

The hotel is located in the heart of Sundsvall, walking distance to the shops and railway station. It is immaculately clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Didn't get a chance to sample the restaurant but it was busy with a great atmosphere. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and recommend it highly. The staff we terrific too, very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is buried in a 1-way system, but close to the town center and with in easy walk of several nice restaurants and bars. There is a car park, but the friendly check-in staff recommended that use the street parking, which was closer and free (overnight). Extremely friendly and helpful staff, and a very nice breakfast. The rooms and the bathroom in particular were quite small by US standards. Very functional and nicely appointed, but compact.

After staying in other Scandic hotels we were surprised at the compactness of the room - especially for 2 people. The occupants need to know each other well because there is little room to move around the beds. The bathroom is passable - the shower curtain kept blowing in on the person showering. The hairdryer advertised was not available. Breakfast offered a range of food and was tasty. Great location in the centre of town. A name change had made locating the place a little difficult at the start.

Personalen jättetrevlig. Rummen små och kallt på hotellet. Stopp i avloppet så badrumsgolvet var full med vatten efter en dusch. Detta åtgärdades efter första natten.
