The hotel is near shopping area and many restaurants is nearby. Room is clean and you can enjoy free sauna while you stay.

Very well located. Very friendly staff and helpful. Hotel is located in the heart of Kagoshima with parking facilities at 1000 yen per night. Japanese and Western buffet breakfast with good choice of food.

All ok but not possible for a late night cocktail / drink etc (would need to be no smoking bar!!!). Also a bit close to Girlie bar area (if you don't like that kind of thing!)

Overall a great experience! Breakfast is great ! People are nice! This time however the WiFi stopped working on the last day.

The hotel is nicely located to key sites for both business and for trips to the islands. The taxi rides to key places is not expensive from the hotel. The service is just fantastic. I just the people. They are very helpful and go out of the way to help. Ayomi San was so helpful in fixing my WiFi connections. Others helped with anything that was requested. The room was clean. They readily kept my luggage during my visit to the islands and place back in my room on return. I would surely recommend this hotel. Love the people and service.

Hotel was fine and clean. No WIFI in the room was a minus, though it was available in the lobby. Didn't find the staff overly friendly, but there were no problems. Parking right next to the hotel was an affordable 1000円 per night, and located right next to the hotel. Close walk to restaurants and arcade shopping area, plus not far from the Aquarium.

チェックインの手間の悪さ、客室の清掃が行き届いていないところもあったが、今どき少なくなった喫煙部屋が有り部屋も広く料金的にもリーズナブルでした。

私がビジネスで利用したホテルの中で料金に対応した評価の中で最悪の分類に入るホテルです。 ・掛け布団が無い。薄掛けがあるだけです。 ・枕がひどい。もみ殻（？）が入った棒状のまくらでした。 ・アメニティがひどい。せめて今の時代。ボディタオルは欲しい。 ・浴室の床とベッドフロアーの床の段差がある。飛び降りる感じです。段差解消は無理でも、せめて縦型手摺があれば良いのにと思う。

他の方のコメントでもありましたが 古い建物なので防音の甘さとか部屋の 設備の古さはしょうがないと思います。 個人的にはコスパを考えると清潔さを 保って古さを感じさせない努力を感じ ました。強いて言わせて頂くと部屋内 のACコンセント2つだけなのでUSBも 増やすとか使い捨てスリッパ(そんなに コストはかからないはず)と既存のスリ ッパをチョイスでも良いかと。それでも 大浴場、サウナ(男性)もあっての料金は とてもリーズナブルですし自動チェック イン&アウトは個人的には対面より とても良かったです。

大浴場が広くてよかったです。 部屋のエアコンの温度調整が温度設定できるとなお良いです。

清潔で綺麗　スタッフの方もとても良い 朝食はビッフェタイプで品数も多く又とても美味しい　大満足でした　　館内又部屋ではWI-FIも使え 次回もこのホテルを利用するつもりです ただ　部屋のテレビリモコンの電池切れ　操作が なかなか上手くいかない点　ポット湯沸かし操作や エアコン操作に説明が一切ないのは残念でした。

大浴場が有り、コスパも良かった。

ホテルが吹き抜けの構造で、宴会を開催してるフロアからの声が22時くらいまで客室のドア越し聞こえてくる。

水まわりは多少古くなっていますが、その他設備、食事、スタッフ、立地とても良いと思います。また、利用したいと思います。

有料テレビがあればベスト

清潔感があり繁華街に近く便利です

大浴場は男性のみであったことは残念でしたが、かわり？に岩盤浴の利用ができました。 立地はとてもよかったです。
