Fantastic family run hotel. Very convenient location for the town centre and train station. Friendly hotel manager who speaks English. Shame the breakfast buffet is still served rather self serve but everything else is fantastic.

Great hotel! Although I would advise that my room 206 was sweltering hot due to being so close to the spa/sauna. If you’re unhappy with the room temperature, change rooms right away and don’t think it’ll go away! Other than that, great breakfast and fantastic value for money

Amazing family run hotel. Staff are all super helpful especially the owners, hotel manager and also the restaurant and cleaning staff. I stay here all the time as super convenient for the town centre and the train station plus fantastic value for money.

Fantastic location and very friendly family run hotel. Customer service is exceptional and Dinners are amazing! Would highly recommend.

I liked the convenience of the hotel in that it is about a 10-minute walk to the Montecatini Terme station and just a few minutes to the central part of town where there are many shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable but I will say that it had the smallest shower I have ever seen in a hotel. Breakfast was nice and the front desk staff were very friendly.

It’s a very well located, extremely clean, elegant but simple facility. Great value for your money, breakfast included. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We came back again after staying here last year and they remembered us! We’ll be here again

Rally nice and not a million miles from Pisa

Worth paying extra from dinner as it is always delicious Tuscan cuisine...

This is the second time we have stayed here within the year. It is a fabulous hotel with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The rooms are lovely and clean. The staff very helpful and the breakfast is plentiful. The local are is very nice with lots to do and has great train access to all areas. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Nice, clean and central hotel in Montecatini. It’s so cheap - great value for your money. Nice bathroom. Breakfast included and a Spa in the hotel.

Excellent boutique hotel situated a ten minute walk from the centre of Montecatini. Buffet breakfast is amazing, lots of choice. Worth paying more for deluxe rooms as they have newly renovated bathrooms. Would recommend

Modern, updated hotel. Very accommodating. Air conditioning did not work. Room stifflingly hot. Had to leave windows wide open all night. WiFi slow.

It was fine except the cleanliness of the room was not great. I had to ask them to address the problem twice and they did but did not apologize. The housekeeping is definitely spotty.

Stayed here for 5 days. Excellent launching spot for Florence, Pisa, Lucca, the coast etc. Hotel staff very helpful and kind. Breakfasts were adequate, but good. Lots of parking on street all around hotel...can buy daily parking for parking all over city. Rooms were modern but with Italian charm-very comfortable and welcoming. We found it a great hotel in Montecatini!

I didn't like it for nothing and the staff it's rubbish. they are not nice and for sure I'm not coming back there

As with many hotels in Italy this place needs a good refurbishment. Very dated but it still has it's charms.The rooms are big but basic.Mini bar was warm and had 4 cans in it.The spa was fun but not worth €25 on top of the room bill. I had a massage, the heavily promoted candle massage. Basically they light candles. Not impressed with the quality , basic sweedish. If I want to be rubbed with oil I will ask my girlfriend.They need to offer deep tissue, shiatsu etc.. €70 I was a lot to pay for such basic massage.Reception staff added to the trip and town is nice. The highlight was the hotel restaurant,very good.My advice , modernise! Both the hotel and your spa offering.

A lovely hotel. Quiet and comfortable with lovely clean and well decorated rooms. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh pastries and hot and cold platters. All in all a lovely stay in z beautiful area at a more than reasonable price.
