Will never stay there again. Aircon was not working, did not even make an effort to help with the room being cold. Had to sleep with a jacket, as there are not even extra blankets in the room. The bed was not made with a lot of effort, my 10year old cousin would do it better. The breakfast was horrible, food was raw, had to send it back, had to ask for juice and glass and we still waiting for it. Being 6 friends, where 4 of us are in travel we will never send our customers there. Someone needs to step in and make changes.

It was amazing

On the first day of my stay there, I was satisfied with the service at this establishment. On the second day at around 09h00 I went for breakfast to only find out that there was no breakfast still left. The establishment refused to reimburse me for the cost of the breakfast that I ended up getting for myself. When I came back later that day, it was clear that my room was never properly cleaned up, even the floor was in the the same condition I left it in when I left that morning. The receptionist got someone from housekeeping to clean it up while I was there.

Great location, rooms are well equipped, nice facilities and very safe. The breakfast wasn't great.

Room no 1, Bed sheet had blood on it!!! Bath had pubic hairs in. Door sliding rails and doors itself to bathroom as well as Toilet cleaning brush cover filthy. Bathroom window with no burglar bars could not close at all. Dust on fire alarms in halls. Very noisy staff members late at night. We were not advised how to switch TV's on and battled with the one in room no 2. Bought water from bar, of course they had no change?? Had trouble with door to room no 1. Breakfast was OK but they should consider the elderly with all the stairs to their breakfast room. Also mixed fruit from a tin?? How did they even get four stars? Will not recommend nor stay there again.

Potentially a nice space in a good neighborhood. Stayed 6 nights, including breakfast, but breakfast was absolutely horrendous and disorganized I dint even have it half the the time. Welcome, the chef for main meals, had good presentation. However Milly/Millicent the hostess was simply a call girl/prostitute. All in all, a hard pass (and I don't even review easily on natural good expectations)

Stay away - Noisy & dirty.

I ended up not staying as the bedding was wet. I need a refund as I cannot understand why I was expected to sleep in a wet bed. Apparently their dryer was not working for a week !

Was booked in a very small room that i didn't like at all it was like shack , had to complain and was changed to a bigger one later, also the checkout time 10am is very earl rather they make it 11am

Room had no soap. Front desk said " we have ordered soap, just waiting to receive " ???? Then we discovered there was no hot water !! The next morning we were moved to another room in main building. Once again no soap. The ceiling in bathroom was covered in mold. Silly glass swing door on tub. Water shooting out of shower-head. I told front desk about mold on ceiling and suggested using some bleach. When we returned the second night, there was still no soap and nothing had been done to ceiling. A group of guests cooking in second building which has a " kitchen " resulting in a curry smell . We have made at least five trips before , but due to the big drop in standards we will never be coming back.

All good except for traffic noise and no filter coffee unless specially requested. Choose a ground floor room for less traffic noise. Breakfast was very basic...with little choice.

Went to visit family stayed for 2 nights. Located in quiet area, lodge well kept. Close to shopping centres

It was the most perfect stay for me.the staff is so friendly and professional. I also enjoyed their breakfast. Their surroundings is amazing. I will definitely go back.

My stay was wonderful and i really enjoyed it.

Eco Park Lodge is between an hotel and a Lodge: not too big, not too small, but definitely convenient and with friendly staff, nicely arranged with African arts and decoration. There are many friendly small areas arranged around the two blocks, I was there in winter and am willing to come back in summer to enjoy these shaded secret places. And the pool, too! Noise of the motorway could be an issue when laying off on the sun, but the water fontains are covering it and does not prevent from sleeping in the swing. So will I return? Yes. What could be improved.. breakfast, maybe?

Very nice and hope will book the same hotel again if we need to stay in Centurion.

I booked a room through you guys and when i got to the hotel the evening, i was told they do not have any rooms available, i feel this is pathetic!!

I never actually got to stay as the hotel informed me upon arrival that they never received my booking, do not deal with Hotels.com and can't accommodate me as they are fully booked
