Great family friendly spot with a great beach, awesome restaurant on property and friendly staff

Hallway carpets hadn’t been vacuumed. Bad odor smelled like septic/ rotting food when walking up the stairs to our room near the employees supply closet.

Clean, great view. Nice restaurant.

We have been coming here for many years. It just seems dirtier and dirtier every year we go. This year may have been the last time. For the money spent you can go to Newport.

The hotel is directly on the beach. Nice views of the ocean.

This property is older. Room rates are very expensive for what you get. $1100 for 2 nights. The rooms are very small. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but not dust free clean. No housekeeping service day to day. TVs do not have smart TV access. The beach is nice, but not raked. No shells on beach. Nice sand, smooth for walking. Lots of chairs for sitting between hotel & beach (but not on). Pool is nice, cleaned daily. Restaurant is casual and food was good. Waitress was super nice. Check in was easy but I don't think the host smiled once. Checkout was easy. Parking on site but tight as hotel is very busy. I would likely not choose this hotel in the future due to the price.

The front desk hates her life and it showed in every eye roll, ignoring us for a long time, and snapping at every question.

It smelled like smoke as soon as I opened the door. They didn’t remove the cup with cigarettes after 24 hours of being there. The stair well going up yo our room was dirty as well as the outside areas in general.

RUDE check in.

Stayed Sunday to Wednesday as a quick family getaway. Room was not ready at 4 but we went down the street to the Andrea for a quick meal and by the time we got back it was ready. Front desk staff was very friendly and lobby was clean and cutely decorated. We had a pool view room on the second floor. No elevator but stairs were not an issue for us. Room was clean and built in closet gave a nice amount of storage space. Bathroom was a decent size and very clean. Everything looked newly remodeled except light switches. Would recommend adding more hanging hooks around room or bathroom for towels etc. hotel is in a great spot if you like it a little quieter, private beach area for guests was great and it was only a short walk to busier part of strip. Pool was clean and heated. Our only complaint is that rooms are not attended at all so garbage was not removed and amenities like toilet paper was not refilled. Had to go to front desk to request more. Also outdoor area outside of room was not maintained daily, would not have been a big issues but the family in the room next to us would leave clothes, food, trash, bottles on the ground making the area look less than appealing. Overall nothing fancy but was perfect for a short getaway for our family of four.

Paid hotel price for motel accommodations not equipped with any accommodations as advertised! 2 umbrellas only pool area over crowded uncomfortable beach area was pretty but no umbrellas not enough chairs . No ac or fans in lobby no food morning or lunch . People smelt smoke from rooms I have a child exposed to second hand smoke not enough ramps or easy access for strollers or wheelchairs . Location has potential but not worth it at all

Aked about checking in a litttle earlier and was told for additional $25 they could make that happen. ( I do not think so ! ) The room was clean however had a musty order - I would not recommend this place even thoughon the beach.

Location, location , location and nice staff . Very basic property w a fabulous ocean front view . Carpets could use cleaning or replacing . Bath towels are very skimpy .

For the price it’s decent but definitely not amazing by any means. Small room and barely any friendly staff.

I was guaranteed at 2 o’clock check in and had to pay extra for it when I was asked to come back at 2 o’clock. The room was not ready so now I paid for something that I didn’t get and it’s quite upsetting.

Great place to stay!
