Staff was friendly. Room and hotel was clean. Convenient to the Capitol One Arena

The property was nice and the location was good. Front desk agent failed to tell us our rate included breakfast. Hence we paid for breakfast every morning and didn’t include on our room charges.

My stay at the height I loved it it was in the right place right downtown the breakfast was good delicious I loved it I never stayed at the Hyatt before .

The room was nice. Elevator problems caused a few delays in getting to my floor. The room showed a bit of wear in the finishings, though it was clean. The location was convenient for my meetings and I was able to walk to some meetings and restaurants. Access to Capitol Hill was a bit constrained and required either subway or taxi/ride share.

This location is very loud people stays! Idk may ibe stayed on weekends and bars clubs near by untill morning drunk people keeps coming thru the hallway with screaming laughing very loud!! I had kids also they got scared!! Overall hotel itself is very good!!

I booked a large room that would have fit 6 people for 1 night. My party and I arrived later than check-in time and still had to wait for my room to be ready. The people at the front desk had many customers waiting for their rooms. I had 3 other ppl with me and did not have enough towels or hand towels. Went to the front desk to ask for more and they tell me the whole hotel is out of clean towels! I would have to call them in the morning to get fresh towels, which was ridiculous. My friend went down after me to talk to another person about towels and asked if they could go into another room to grab some and they said no. But somehow they were able to procure towels for an older white lady who behind my friend in line. Extra pillow in the room had makeup stains on it. The mini fridge did not work. The card keys to open the entrance to the hotel did not work and multiple guests besides us had to wait for the lady at the front desk to notice us and open it. Overall it felt like the staff did not care about our concerns. They did not care that their standards were not up to par, that they didn’t even have the basics like towels for us. Honestly they could have told us all of this when we checked in, to give us the option of going somewhere else. If it weren’t for the accommodating and helpful morning staff the next day, I would have just gave them 1 star for staff & service. The manager was empathetic and gave us a discount on the room for the trouble. Would not stay again.

Great place to stay! Walkable to the Mall and museums and good restaurants. Incredibly friendly staff!! Very clean and comfy.

It was a great property. Hyatt is renovating and not all room types are available at times, but they went out of the way to accommodate us. Thank you!

Nice staff, comfortable beds, good shower. Theres also a parking lot with reasonable price if you are driving. Great cost-benefit for a stay in Washington.

It was my worst experience in my entire life, I went with my family and we couldn’t sleep the whole night, the people who were in the other room, they were smoking and the smell of the weed it where in my room. The music that they were putting it was to loud, they also was trying to get in our room by forcing the door to open and to many noise, the experience was horrible.

Before I left out of my room in the morning I stopped by the front desk an had requested room service , only for new linen..The young man who was working said he would have that taken care of . I returned to the room hours later and I still didn’t have new linen. I did see a worker in the hallway who assisted me and that was fine. Overall the young man at the front was great and also the rest of the working staff. I will definitely return for future stays with out a doubt . Thank you

Clean, but outdated. Friendly and accommodating staff!

I arrived to check in and the on-site manager told me they actually had no availability and they don't know why I was able to book on Expedia. I showed them how Expedia and a lot of other booking sites showed rooms available... that this isn't Expedia's fault, but theirs. I also asked why they didn't let me know before I arrived. No good answers or accountability.

Rooms are comfortable. Staff was excellent. (Frint desk and bar)
