This is really the only modern hotel in this small peripheral city in Poland. Staff was great, breakfast was fine, rooms small but clean and was adjacent to a really fun and quirky bowling alley and billiards hall. This is a very quiet and not so touristy city that has a nice market square but a long and dark history during WWII.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. While the staff, especially on Sunday nights, was friendly, the overall experience fell short. Towels and bedding were often dirty, and even with visible stains, they weren’t changed. On one occasion, my supposedly fresh sheets had bloodstains. The room wasn’t cleaned regularly, and when it was, the sink was left with hair and yellow debris. Windows and surfaces remained dusty, and the curtains, which frequently fell off the hanger, didn’t properly block out light. The AC didn’t work, there was no fridge, and the lamps barely lit the room. Water was restocked only twice in two weeks. Despite multiple complaints, there were no apologies or extra amenities offered. The walls had visible damage, and overall maintenance was severely lacking. To top it off, the parking rate was unreasonably expensive. Given the poor service and lack of attention to basic hospitality, I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Friendly helpful staff. Very affordable. Only letdown was breakfast… not a good selection and everything was stale and warm.

Ten hotel jest zdecydowanie godny rekomendacji na pobyt tutaj. Pokoje wyposażone w nowoczesną, świeżo wyremontowaną, wysokiej jakości ceramikę sanitarną i odpowiednią pościel. W pokoju znajduje się czajnik elektryczny. Śniadania z szerokim wyborem potraw. Podczas pobytu w hotelu spotkałem się wyłącznie z pozytywnymi opiniami.

Uninterested staff with poor knowledge in English. Poor restaurant for other food than breakfast with poor, uninterested service and bad food. When served a well done steak instead of medium rare the response of my complain was that the chef had used his thermometer which showed correct finish. Breakfast was ok for a hotel of this category except very poor coffe and horrible orange juice.
