It has been the worst experience in hotels that I have booked with you. I cancelled a better room in advance and when I arrived they gave me the cheapest one and said that it was what I cancelled, that the photos that you have in the application are not correct and that the room I cancelled does not exist. They never helped me and they left me in the worst room they have without a hair straightener, without an iron for clothes (which I needed for a conference, and because of so much insistence they told me this one day after I requested it). In the restaurant at breakfast they do not pay attention to foreigners and they serve the compatriots first and then us, I had to get upset so they could serve me a cup of coffee almost finishing my breakfast. I did not change due to time constraints and the area I was in. In short, it was a terrible experience that I would not want to repeat.
