We have stayed here twice. The food was incredible and everyone is awesome. Hernan is one of the best servers in the restaurant. Very attentive,caring and informative. You’ll enjoy your stay and the quiet neighborhood. Just a short walk to all restaurants and businesses.

This is our favorite hotel when we visit Bogota. We feels like home, the staff are amazing, the waitress at the restaurant are so special. This is a place that we usually recommended to everyone.

It was a nice stay

We arrived on a Friday, the water didn’t work. It seemed like they knew this was an issue because after we called the would turn it on for about 20 minutes and then it would be off. We called no less than 7 times about this issue. After dealing with this we also had intermittent power issues. There is barely any light in the room and it’s incredibly dark, They also claimed they had natural ventilation but the room was so hot we had to go into the hallway to cool off… they eventually brought us a fan which did little. After all this the couldn’t even give us a free meal or an apology. Do yourself a favor and stay away…

Excellent location. Breakfast is delicious. The room is very nice. Comfy bed . Very clean. Love the steam room and sauna.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing time at Biohotel and we highly recommend anyone reading this review to choose this hotel when visiting Usaquen in Colombia as this was our 5th time staying there. Our trip started out by being warmly greeted by Staff 1, the Guest Service Coordinator. In the reception area after checking in, Staff 2 took us to our room and made us feel ooh so welcome. Throughout our stay we were taken care of by Staff 3, 4 and 5. Staff 6 did everything from showing us how to properly use the cable television to assisting us with enjoying the amazing roof top Jacuzzi and cleaning our heating fan. Staff 4 guided us as to how to see the city and gave us directions to the beautiful and immaculate “Parroquia Nuestra Senora de Torcoroma” church and the Ara and Carulla supermarkets located nearby. In the mornings, we were taken care of by the dining manager Staff 7 and our attendants Staff 8, 9 and 10. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety to choose from, from eggs, soup and food to fruit, pastry, bread and desserts. Walk with a coat though, it’s gets cold (typically 9 degrees Celsius) in the morning. Back in our room, Staff 11and Staff 12 kept our room clean and tidy. We had a fun time in the Spa with Staff 13, 14 and 15 located on the T floor. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Biohotel, it is safe, the staff are loving and caring, the rooms are spacious and clean with breath-taking views and it’s a 5-minute walk from the main city.

A good location in Bogota that felt safe. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were all very friendly. Our room did not have any body wash or shampoo, and we asked multiple times but they were never filled. We also only had one towel in the room when we checked in, and had to ask for more for them to only give us one more.

Great breakfast and excellent staff,steam room, and Sauna was great, Hot tub was cold. Nice gym. Stay was good, could of been better if not for the multiple episodes of FOUL ODOR from the bathroom which the front desk was unable to resolve.

The staff was very amigable and courteous. The location of the hotel was perfect; walking distance to Usaquen! The array of fruit selection was amazing; but the rest of the food was a bit bland; I guess because it’s an organic hotel! The waiters were excellent servers! However, it seemed we were given the least desirable room; it was next to the clearing room. Few times there was a horrible smell. We did ask 3 times for an upgrade as we were eligible due to our hotels.com level but it was not possible. The towels were limited and seemed old; the water karate didn’t work and window blinds were old and it took us awhile to figure them out! My husband and I travel to Colombia once or twice a year and have stayed in several hotels in Bogota. Biohotel Organics is are least favorite and it’s our first and last time staying there.

The entire staff, from reception, dining room, kitchen, and cleaning was welcoming, hospitable, & over the top kind and helpful in so many ways. A special thank you to Herman and the other kitchen staff. Several guests were there for medical procedures, and even the overhead shower could be changed for a sprayer if needed. The steam & sauna are a wonderful extra beyond the jacuzzi & gym. Breakfast & room service food was excellent. You'll miss them all when you leave.

My first time in Colombia solo, I arrived early and the great staff nade me feel welcome and have me a room early. I was able to catch a nap. When you enter this hotel there’s this luxury smell that makes you happy. Very clean hotel and centred to help the environment. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay as there was so many fresh fruit options I was in heaven. The server was amazing and spoke English. It is safe neighborhood and has a small supermarket called Ara 3 mins walk. The room is spotless, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room was a great addition. I would recommend to anyone! The only downside of this hotel is that it’s far from all tourist activities but Ubers were about 10-15$ cad each way. I’m glad I was able to use my uber app here I felt even safer. I booked through Expedia my tours and it was a great two days here.

10/10 HOTEL 5 star service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful this entire stay. They made you feel welcomed and ensured everything was always perfect. The staff here was truly the best I will always stay at this hotel when I return. I highly recommend this hotel! Close to everything. Breakfast was great , top floor hot tub was a great add on , quick room service and always helping you with anything you need. thank you for an amazing stay!
