Helpful, courteous staff! Large, comfortable room with great view!

Lovely staff, great location, clean room. Breakfast was so-so and the computer generating the room keys was broken for our entire stay, so staff had to run up and down the stairs to lock and unlock our rooms.

We loved the location! The rooms was clean and we had a balcony view of the University. Price was also a plus! Book today do not hesitate. Oh and you can Uber in front of the hotel.

Great location, comfy beds

We booked a superior room with Expedia and were out in an interior cubbyhole of a room with no outside view whatsoever. We were charged $1600 pesos in addition to what we had already paid Expedia for both nights to upgrade to a slightly better room. They blamed Expedia for poor room descriptions and for using same pictures for all room types. Very disappointing

I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful and nice the staff at this Hotel are, very kind, accomodating and helpful. Really amazing in everyday. Great location in a very beautiful city.

i got to the hotel and they claimed that Expedia had not paid them and charged me again. This means that the hotel got double paid and I got double charged! please reimburse me for this duplicate charge many thanks

This was our first time staying in this Hotel. The hotel staff was GREAT super friendly and helpful…maybe one of them needed a break (to bad I didn’t get her name). The view from my room GORGEOUS!!. Very clean definitely will be going back to them.

AC worked perfect , all was clean, perfect location downtown, breakfast every morning. I would say just double check what room you are in if you want a balcony front view- I swear that’s what the pictures showed but I did not get that room. Overall though - good hotel!

Everything was good except the bathroom. It had poor ventilation and it was smelly.

The bathroom is always smelly, I think it is because no fun in the bathroom and the smell come from upper floor, it makes the whole room smelly. The bed mattress is too soft; we feel back pain next day morning. We booked 2 nights but decided to check out after 1 night. The front desk staff was friendly. The location is good, which is close to many places to visit, but we won't pick this hotel anymore.
