The staff were very friendly, thoroughly explained the hotel's rules, and provided enthusiastic support. My ticket included breakfast at the hotel from 6:30 AM, but I had an early flight and checked out at 5:00 AM, so they even prepared food for me to take with me.

The hotel staff was extremely unfriendly. I arrived at 6 AM due to a flight delay, and upon arrival, I was charged 500,000 VND for bringing two children under 7. This is a scam hotel. The staff were extremely unfriendly. The airport pick-up service was also very expensive compared to other hotels. I only stayed for 6 hours and then looked for another hotel because the hotel was very bad, with a strange smell throughout the hotel. There were small pools in front of the tiny lobby, which made the room even smaller and could cause us to fall. The food was not varied.

Highly recommend for Nowhere Spa at the hotel with quite good skills & reasonable price. The hotel is close to Church & Hoan Kiem lake.

The food wasn't good, it was cold, but the service was okay. Being in the Old Quarter, the rooms are small, which is to be expected.

The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, near Hoan Kiem Lake, making transportation convenient. The staff are attentive and lovely.

It's on my list of favorites, very close to the church, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Shark's Mouth area. The rooms are large and airy, the price is great, and the staff are absolutely amazing, super cute, I highly recommend it.
