친절한 직원들과 깨끗하고 쾌적한 숙소 한라산 뷰 사우나 레스토랑 음식들이 다 너무 맛있어서 조식이나 단품으로 점심 저녁도 훌륭함 범섬과 올레 7코스 전망으로 운동할 수 있는 짐도 있고 시설도 괜찮음

- Appreciated the expedia VIP benefit of 1 daily welcome drink (choice of citrus juice, hot/iced americano) - The room (superior twin in annex) itself was okay, fairly modern. Excellent toiletries from Malin Goetz. - A short walk from the hotel will bring you to a stretch of restaurants/ cafes etc. We got a happy surprise :) when we spotted a sign on a haenyeo cultural center right next to the hotel. Followed the sign and caught some haenyeos returning from their dive - Housekeeping was attentive. We opted out from the daily cleaning and got a bag of fresh towels and water everyday - Soundproofing can be better. We were woken up every morning by housekeeping knocking our neighbour’s door and neighbours walking past our door - Fantastic gym with sea views. There is a water dispenser in the gym

Serene and quiet with large rooms and big beds

그동안 제주도 여행 다녔던 중 최고였습니다. 아름다운 올레길 7코스의 중간지점에 위치해 있어서 이틀에 걸쳐 7코스 정복하게 해 준 고마운 호텔이에요!! 조식도 가격대비 좋고, 단품 메뉴도 다양해서 좋습니다. 실내-외 수영장 있고 자쿠지까지… 자쿠지에서 석양 바라보면 외국에 온 것처럼 느껴집니다! 반드시 또 갑니다!

제주를 자주 여행하는 1인인데 주로 중문쪽 5성급 호텔을 이용했는데 지인 추천으로 더 그랜드 섬오름에 스테이했어요~ 위치적으로 올레 7코스 바로 앞 법환포구를 끼고 있어 바다 앞 도로로 산책하거나 식사하기도 편하고 직원들의 친절도 최상이고 범섬을 제대로 만끽할수 있는 room view도 최상! 수영장 (온수풀)과 자쿠지도 크고 사우나 청결 상태도 굿!! 레스토랑도 각종 한식과 이태리식 메뉴의 알찬 구성과 맛으로 만족의 정점을 찍게 해 준 호텔이네요. 와인 좀류도 가성비가 좋아요. 앞으로도 쭉~~방문하고 싶고 강력 추천합니다.

We had the best stay in this hotel! The view was amazing and it was really quiet. Love how you can walk along the coast and there are shops & restos around the area. Will definitely comeback!

The Grand Sumorum is in a great location right in front of the ocean although there is no beach. The views are idyllic, however, and they have two large pools. The location is also close to various restaurants and markets. They also have a large gym with an ocean view. If coming back to Jeju, I would choose this property again as a top choice.

A perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool and the view are stunning. The surrounding area is quiet, but you can easily get buses into town and beyond. There arent many food options locally, but the hotel has a convinience store onsite. Room was comfortable.

Beautiful property. Very family friendly. I don’t know if there was a language barrier but my child had a bed accident and they would not change the bedding during our stay. The walls looked a little beaten up, probably from all the roller suitcases.

The hotel was a perfect location right on the water. The amenities were always clean and presentable and the staff was always very accommodating and friendly. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and was one of our best hotel stays yet. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Jeju.

The hotel location is far away from Jeju City. Taxi cost to airport and sightseeing is expensive. It is not near bus or public transportation. We did not like it.

Nice quiet place in south Jeju. The ocean view from the hotel was amazing, staff were friendly and professional. Modern and clean hotel.

The room was nice, with a great view. Male reception and breakfast staff were on the rude side, did not expect this at a 4 star property. Their english was poor and hard to understand. The women were surprisingly nice.
